No hydraulic steering or articulated drive system is exposed to the harsh marine environment both reducing and making maintenance easier. The advanced propeller design and graduating pitch zones ensure that the propeller is appropriately loaded throughout the speed range negating the need for a trimable drive. The design of the Seafury system protects the propeller from damage and protects people from the propellers. CREW WELFARE Long transits at high speeds in rough seas produce repetitive impacts up to 10g which resulted in chronic fatigue, orthopedic injuries and back problems. A fatigued crew or combatants can spell disaster to the success of a mission. Shockwave crew seats installed on Seahunter Patrol Boats provide the maximum in shock mitigation solutions for military, enforcement and commercial marine applications. A computer controls the dampener adjusting the shock Absorber thousands of times per second to provide the optimum shock and vibration attenuation.
