Das Relationship Marketing erfreut sich sowohl in der Marketing-Praxis als auch in der Marketing-Wissenschaft einer bereits hohen und weiter steigenden Popularität. Innerhalb des Marketing-Management ist dabei immer häufiger von der Ablösung des klassischen Transaktionsmarketing die Rede. Die damit einhergehende These vom Paradigmenwechsel im Marketing-Management weg vom Transaktionsmarketing und hin zum Relationship Marketing stützt sich bislang überwiegend auf Plausibilitätsüberlegungen und konzeptionelle Beiträge. Fundierte empirische Erhebungen zur Überprüfung dieses Spannungsfelds liegen indes kaum vor. Vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht der Autor sowohl theoretisch-konzeptionell als auch empirisch die Verbreitung existierender Marketing-Orientierungen. Hierzu entwickelt er eine Konzeptualisierung und Operationalisierung des Transaktionsmarketing und des Relationship Marketing. Die empirischen Untersuchungen des Autors zeigen letztlich, dass abhängig vom jeweiligen situativen Kontext sowohl das Transaktionsmarketing als auch das Relationship Marketing in der unternehmerischen Praxis angewandt werden und von einem Paradigmenwechsel nicht die Rede sein kann.

The presented textbook is intended primarily for the students in the first year of study of the Bachelor’s programme in Czech Language and Literature as supplementary material to the lecture series of the same name. It aims to present at least some of the most important linguistic terms and notions, those that the students will encounter throughout their study of Czech studies, and outline selected conceptions of the language and the principles of its research. The exposition primarily focuses on general issues in linguistics. The emphasis on Czech studies is manifested mainly in documenting and developing these issues using Czech language material and the results that Czech linguistics have achieved.
