“道”是中國文化的核心理念，它代表著形而上的存在本身，亦即生命。從道的角度看，茶道，即是生命之道。自古以來，論茶之文獻眾多，其中不乏佳作，但系統而深入地講解“茶之生命屬性及規律”以及由茶入道之修行體系的著作卻較為罕見。 潘麟先生的恩師以自己多年的深厚修證，恢復了中斷千年之久的禪茶。在此禪茶體系的基礎上，潘麟先生又發展出了密茶體系。2018年，受師囑託，潘麟先生通過視頻形式向社會公開傳授茶道，對禪茶和密茶進行了體系化講說，本書即由此次授課錄音整理而成。這是有史以來，首次採用當代人聽得懂的語言，去除宗教因素後講說茶道的著述。 本書電子版下卷引述了其他作者的研究成果，正式出版物中這部分內容已做刪除，電子版中做了保留，目的是方便讀者全面理解和把握本書主旨，並非商業用途。 如作者認為有版權問題，請與我們聯繫，我們及時刪除。不盡之處，敬請諒解。 2024年4月，本書由復旦大學出版社出版。

Article descriptions such as “Allgäuer Emmentaler,” “Dresdner Christstollen” or “Bayerisches Bier” do not simply name culinary products, but locate them in certain regions and link them to memories and associations. They prove not only a spatial (geographic), but also a temporal (traditional) embedding in a certain region of origin. Such names are self-evidently attractive to clients, who have the choice between similar products, to producers, who are involved in international competition, and not least to politicians, who are interested in the protection and promotion of the economy in their areas of responsibility. Accordingly, the European Union (EU) established a legal instrument which regulates the use of geographical indications. It is based on the assumption that regions have common climatic, geological, biological and cultural characteristics. Using the example of geographical indications and four exemplarily chosen specialties (the cheeses: Allgäuer Emmentaler, Odenwälder Frühstückskäse, Piave and Parmigiano Reggiano), Sarah May has developed an ethnographically thick, internationally comparative description of local and transnational practices in the system of EU quality schemes for agricultural products. She combines terms and theses of law and economics and translates them into an issue of cultural anthropology: She focuses on regional (culinary) culture and its economic valorization, on the interests, strategies and conflicts which accompany the transformation of regional handed-down practices and products into legally protected, spatially limited collective property.Namen wie „Allgäuer Emmentaler“, „Dresdner Christstollen“ oder „Bayerisches Bier“ bezeichnen nicht nur kulinarische Produkte, sondern verorten diese in bestimmten Regionen, verknüpfen sie mit Erinnerungen und Assoziationen, suggerieren dadurch nicht allein räumliche, sondern auch historisch-tradierte Gebundenheit. Entsprechend etablierte die Europäische Union ein Rechtsinstrument, das den Umgang mit geografischen Herkunftsangaben Bündnisweit reguliert. Es fußt auf der Annahme, dass Regionen über klimatische, geo- und biologische, doch auch kulturhistorische Charakteristika verfügen. Am Beispiel der geschützten Ursprungsbezeichnung und vier exemplarisch gewählten Spezialitäten (Allgäuer Emmentaler, Odenwälder Frühstückskäse, Piave und Parmigiano Reggiano) erarbeitet die Autorin eine ethnografisch dichte, international vergleichende Beschreibung lokaler wie transnationaler Praktiken im europäischen Geoschutzsystem. Sie verbindet Interessensfelder der Wirtschafts- und Rechtswissenschaft und macht diese zu einem kulturwissenschaftlichen Gegenstand, wenn sie das Spannungsfeld von regionaler (kulinarischer) Kultur und wirtschaftlicher Inwertsetzung beleuchtet und auf Interessen, Strategien und Konflikte fokussiert, die die Transformation von präsumiert regional tradierten Produkten in rechtlich geschütztes kollektives Eigentum begleiten.

Microbial polysaccharides represent an attractive alternative to those from plants or macro algae. They can be produced from renewable sources including lignocellulosic waste streams. Their production does not depend on geographical constraints and/or seasonal limitations. Additionally the manipulation of biosynthetic pathways to enhance productivity or to influence the chemi-cal polysaccharide composition is comparatively easy in bacteria. Microbial exopolysaccharides represents a valuable resource of biogenic and biodegradable polymers, suitable to replace petro based polymers in various technical applications. Furthermore, biocompatible exopolysaccha-rides are very attractive in medical applications, such as drug delivery systems, use as vaccines or nanoparticles. This research topic will depict the status quo, as well as the future needs in the field of EPS and biofilm research. Starting from the unexplored diversity of microbial polysaccharide producers to production processes and possibilities for modifications, to enhance the already high number of functionalities based on the chemical structures. An overview of the recent and future applications will be given, and the necessity in unravelling the biosynthesis of microbial exopolysaccharide producers is depicted, highlighting the future trend of tailor made polymers. Constraints in structure analysis of these highly complex biogenic polymers are described and different approaches to solve the restrictions in imaging and NMR analysis will be given. Therefore; this research topic comprises the whole process from genes to applications.

This Open Access book, Responsible innovation provides benefits for society, for instance more sustainable products, more engagement with consumers and less anxiety about emerging technologies. As a governance tool it is mostly driven by research funders, including the European Commission, under the term “responsible research and innovation” (RRI). To achieve uptake in private industry is a challenge. This book provides successful case studies for the implementation of responsible innovation in businesses. The importance of social innovations is emphasized as a link between benefits for society and profits for businesses, especially SMEs. For corporate industry it is shown how responsible innovation can offer a competitive advantage to adopters. The book is based on the latest insights from theory and practice and combines conceptual work with first-hand experience. It is of interest to innovation managers, entrepreneurs and academics.
