Level Nine Sports Consignment Contract ● Thirty-Five percent (35%) of all item sale proceeds will be paid to Level Nine Sports. Twenty-Five Percent (25%) of BIKE sale proceeds will be paid to Level Nine Sports with a maximum commission of $350 per bike. If you choose to receive store credit, Level Nine lowers the percentage taken to Twenty-Five Percent (25%). ● Payments options are Venmo, Paypal and Store Credit. The email you sign up with has to be associated with your Venmo or Paypal account. We process all payments on Fridays of anything sold between the Friday prior to Thursday of the same week. Every Friday you will be notified of your item sale via email. ● Paypal and Venmo payments expire if you don’t accept payment after 30 days. Store credit received from consignment expires after 24 months. ● Winter consignment inventory that did not sell during the season MUST be picked up by April 1st. Summer consignment inventory that did not sell during the season MUST be picked up by September 15th. If your item is not picked up by the deadline it WILL become the property of Level Nine Sports. ● All items in the store will be included in their respective Labor Day/Presidents Day sale and marked down 25% for the remainder of the season until the seasonal pickup deadline. ● Price of the consignment product will be set by Level Nine Sports staff. ● Level Nine Sports owners and employees assume no liability for the loss, theft, or destruction of any item, including any claims made by a third party to the item.
