Reopening to the Public: Waldorf Astoria Loyalty Card Membership Dear Member, We truly hope you are having a pleasant day and you are staying safe during these unprecedented times. During the past few months, we have entered a new era in the way we live our daily lives and routines. Equally within our hotel, we have also undergone many changes and are in the process of re-inventing the new reality of hospitality. This has given us an opportunity to apply greater creativity and explore entirely new approaches to our resort and culinary offerings which we look forward to sharing with you soon. In the meantime, we are absolutely delighted to inform you that starting from this coming Wednesday, the 17th of June 2020, we are re-opening our facilities to our loyalty card members. We would like to sincerely thank you for your kind understanding and patience during these past three months, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. As you can imagine, the way we currently operate the property has changed significantly in order to adhere to all the necessary COVID-19 protocol and I would like to provide you with an update regarding our current ongoing actions. Throughout this time, our team has fully implemented a lengthy series of important control and preventative measures, including great enhancement of our cleaning protocols to ensure the highest level of cleanliness in our public areas, continuous disinfection of our outdoor and indoor facilities, as well as introducing occupancy limits in the gym, swimming pools and restaurants – all in order to provide a safe environment to our hotel guests and members. Moreover, we are ensuring that social distancing is being respected and followed by everyone in public areas, restaurants and bars as well as the pools and beach. All of the measures taken have been in accordance with the guidelines issued by the local authorities, the tourism board of Ras Al Khaimah as well as Hilton Worldwide. Having said that, I am thrilled to announce that our efforts have been officially recognised by the internationally recognized inspection company Bureau Veritas and we have received their Safeguard certification label, which attests that our hotel is compliant with the highest hygiene standards in the world. The currently opened dining outlets and their operating times are as follows: · Camelia Lounge is open daily from 09:00 to 23:00. · Azure Restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 18:30 to 22:30 (available seating at 18:30 and 20:30 onwards, maximum 4 people per table). · Lexington Grill is open from 18:30 to 22:30 from Wednesday through Sunday (available seating at 18:30 and 20:30 onwards, maximum 4 people per table). · Marjan Restaurant and Qasr Al Bahar Restaurant are open from 18:30 to 22:30 on Thursdays and Fridays (available seating at 18:30 and 20:30 onwards, maximum 4 people per table). · Al Fayrouz Adult Pool & Bar is open from 09:00am till sunset on Fridays and Saturdays. · The Main Family Pool is open daily from 09:00 till sunset. Please note that these timings are subject to change due to the constantly changing environment we currently operate in. Within the attached document, you will find all details related to the use of your loyalty card membership within these new operating parameters (please read them carefully in order to be fully informed about the currently existing procedures). Please note a major change being the requirement to book your visits to the hotel facilities in advance. The bookings should be made by sending an email request to the following emails: · Restaurant & Lounge bookings must be requested and confirmed in advance via [email protected]. · Pool & Beach day passes must be requested and confirmed in advance by 5pm the previous day via [email protected]. · Please be prepared to show your Emirates ID to the Security at the main entrance gate in order to allow entry.
