Prepare an 8 to 10 minute presentation of your research. There will be a PowerPoint template downloadable at https://jmp.sh/pcZBBb5 2. Slides must contain the following: Title, Author’s Name and Affiliation, Brief Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Recommendations, and References. 3. Copy of the PowerPoint shall be submitted to the Registration Committee on the first day right after the registration. 4. Two questions may be entertained after each presentation. 5. There will be a BEST PRESENTERS in each session. Mechanics for Poster Presentation 1. Prepare a tarpaulin (24 x 60 inches) portrait layout. The contents must be the Abstract, Introduction, Research Questions, Research Method, Results, Conclusions, Recommendations and References. 2. A presenter will bring his/own standee for his tarpaulin. 3. A presenter will be given 5 minutes to discuss his study. 4. The presenter shall entertain other researchers with questions about his study. 5. The tarpaulin template is at https://jmp.sh/8WyJJI5 6. There will be 5 Best Poster Presenters to be chosen. Mechanics for Virtual Presentation: 1. Prepare an 8 to 10 minute recorded video presentation of your research. 2. The following must be included on the presentation Title, Author’s Name and Affiliation, Brief Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Recommendations, and References. 3. Upload the video on your YouTube account and input it on the Registration Form when you register online. 4. There will be a BEST PRESENTERS in each session.
