FISCAL HEALTH Well-run schools are vital to maintaining strong property values. UMASD Forward has been responsible for limiting growth in millage rates while building three state-of-the-art schools. Today, UMASD has one of the lowest school tax rates in Montgomery County while home values have increased 37% since 2015*. EXCEEDING EDUCATIONAL EXPECTATIONS Our team believes that student success requires the support of their community. Providing them the resources and tools they need is a crucial link in their educational growth.
