Summary The SMBFAAS Fund is a private fund, aimed at generating yield through liquidity mining. Aiming to run multiple funding and farming rounds, FAAS token will be enumerated. (For ex. FAAS1, FAAS2 etc.) Deployed strategies may vary and will be announced before funds for the respective rounds are collected. Farming as a service is a novel concept where investor funds are pooled and actively managed to generate the highest yield possible. The FAAS token will act as unit of accountancy, representing a share in the Pool. FAAS can be converted back into $ at any time, whereas the underlying value will fluctuate based on the funds performance. Abstract Liquidity Mining and yield farming have risen to become one of the most prominent ways of generating return in crypto. Although very profitable, it requires users to have an understanding of financial services & crypto, with the ability to assess risk proficiently. The management will diligently allocate funds into the most profitable farms, while keeping associated risks to a minimum. Investors of the fund can enjoy their money being at work around the clock without any input of their own. Motivation The FAAS token represents a share in the SMBFAAS Fund and its value is secured by the underlying assets. As the funds assets grow, so does the value of FAAS. FAAS allows investors to capture the economic benefits of the ongoing DeFi boom without having to constantly monitor the markets to maximize returns. Owning FAAS secures a share in a prosperous economy branch that is novel and exciting but imposes high barriers of entry. Specification The first round of FAAS tokens (FAAS1) will offer a stake in the first iteration of the fund. It will run for 30 days. Due to the short runtime, premature redemption of FAAS is not possible before the end date. In the presale for each round, FAAS is sold for $1 Every Dollar raised goes 100% towards liquidity mining with no admin fee whatsoever. After 30 days of runtime, FAAS1 can be redeemed for BUSD. The funds holdings will be split proportionally between all holders of FAAS1 There’s a 10% performance fee on all realized profits, due at redemption from FAAS1 to BUSD when the 30 day runtime expires. Strategy FAAS1 The first round will focus solely on generating yield with the raised $. SMBFAAS utilizes yield aggregators that use multiple strategies and auto- compounding to provide investors with high returns on their deposited assets. In simpler terms, the fund will search for the best farming targets, deposit your investment, trade the rewards for the deposited tokens and re-invest strategically. This strategy bears comparatively low risk while offering high rewards. The funds management will only stay in stablecoins, not join liquidity pools that could result in impermanent loss or otherwise engage in activity that adds an element of speculation. Farmed assets will be sold at the funds discretion and only for stablecoins. At the end of the 30 day runtime, all yield farming operations will be halted and BUSD is transferred back into the funds account. It will sit there until claimed by investors. Example: Bobby purchases 100 FAAS1 in the presale for $100 worth of BUSD. At maturity, the fund has generated a 20% Profit.Bobby now returns the 100 FAAS1 to the management, which entitles him to a claim of $120. After deducting the 10% perfomance fee, Bobby receives $118 and excitedly waits for the next round of the fund to begin.
