Interstate was originally founded in 1965 and has, in some form or another existed since then until 2018. Between 2019-2020 Interstate was almost all but forgotten by the Department, the International Politics Society and the students of Aberystwyth University. b. Interstate has existed in a variety of forms, from ‘State’, ‘Aberystwyth Journal of World Affairs’, ‘INTERSTATE’ and how it is now known, ‘Interstate - Journal of Politics and International Relations’. c. We, the Interstate Team of 2020-2021 endeavour to revive Interstate in a reimagined form and to return it to its former glory and international standing amongst academics and institutions. d. Before we do so, it is our duty to duly note those who came before us and shaped Interstate into what it formerly was. e. From 1965-2009 all copies of Interstate are held by our stockists in hard-copy form. Our stockist list as featured on our website, includes the National Library of Wales, the National Library of Australia, the British Library, the Bodleian Library, and Cambridge University Library. f. This document will feature all the former members of the Interstate and all the previous editions and authors. 2 2.
