Residents, This week we will be starting our final unit inspections as we prepare for move-out on July 31st. Inspection areas and times: Floor 2: Wednesday 6/2 at 10AM-12PM Floor 3 : Wednesday 6/2 at 3PM-4PM Floor 4: Thursday 6/3 12PM-1:30PM Floor 5: Thursday 6/3 2PM- 4 PM These times are just an estimate for our arrival but it could be slightly before or after the time listed. What are we inspecting for: • Inspecting walls to see if they require us to patch any holes or paint them for future residents ◦ If you renewed your lease no worries we will not be painting or cleaning in your bedroom but we will be inspecting your room for preventive maintenance • Damages to your apartment that are over normal wear and tear. ◦ For example, damaged appliances, blinds and furniture. Damage to locks, walls or windows ◦ Any damages that are above normal wear and tear are subject to charges to your account. • We will be checking your carpet for deep carpet stains or pet odor that requires carpet cleaning. • In our walks we are checking for potential issues with these key areas: ◦ Electrical-Lights, plugs, fans & switches ◦ Plumbing- Ensure your sinks, drains, toilet ,and shower are working normally ◦ Locks- We will be checking that your front door lock and bedroom lock are working correctly. ◦ HVAC- Checking that your thermostat is working normally and the AC You do not have to be home for this inspection but if you could please check these key areas for us and put in any work-order that you think we would need to address for you.
