Pokemon Shield Nuzlocke Rules 1) If a Pokemon Faints its is considered dead and is to be boxed in the box labelled Deceased. 2) Under no circumstances can items be used during a battle, (exceptions if there is a water Pokemon on the team Fresh water maybe used) 3) Catch a Pokemon on each route providing its not a duplicate of an alive or dead Pokemon. 4) Every Pokemon must have a nickname that is something to do with its typing. E.g. Cinders the fire type or Drip the water type. These too will not be used. 5) No day care usage at all permitted. 6) Pokecentres can be used. 7) level caps will be in place based on the gym leaders highest level Pokemon based on entering the gym. e.g. if the gym leader has a level 35 Pokemon the max level my Pokemon can be prior to starting the gym is 35 levelling inside the gym is permitted but not via grinding wild encounters in the fire gym. 8) No trade or gift Pokemon to be used.
