WhitePaper Rawson House PRESENTED BY RAWSON HOUSE 01 Vision Rawson House intends to be the premier destination for users to buy, sell, create and trade NFT's across multiple major blockchains. The future is multi chain and Rawson House intend to cater to users of every major chain via our Atomic Swap system. 03 Tokenomics 13 % Buy/Sell Tax 4% to LP Addition to ensure liquidity is always growing 6 % to Treasury Wallet to be used for marketing and art aquisition 3% to Buy Back to ensure price stability Max Wallet 2.5 % RAWSON will be the native currency of the NFT Marketplace Users will need to hold Rawson to use Atomic Swaps and Lazy minting tools 07 Rawson House Marketplace Rawson House marketplace will be a place for users to seamlessly, buy, sell, mint and swap metaverse NFT's across multiple major chains. Cross-chain swaps will allow users to for instance: Trade a BAYC on ETH with another users Degen Ape on Sol. This will be possible via a system of Atomic Swaps. Rawson token will be used as the native currency on the platform, meaning users will purchase and sell art using Rawson token. The Rawson Treasury fund will be used to acquire and list special pieces of art directly from creators/collections. These will then be auctioned off with the resulting Rawson token being accrued for scheduled supply burns. Using Rawson token on the platform will NOT incur any transaction tax (apart from gas fees) 04 Marketplace features Create, Swap, Sell NFT's Gasless and Lazy Minting Cross-Chain Atomic Swaps Staking DAO based future Asset Brid 11 Atomic Swaps 15 How Atomic Swaps Work User 1 Submits their NFT Assets are held in User 2 Submits their NFT collateral an open smart collateral contract Provide sender and Share fund receiver account details information Key sent to Key sent to contract contract Process transaction If both users send their User 1 Generates a special User 2 Generates a special keys within the timeframe 05 key key the contract will execute, if Benefits of Interoperability Being able to bridge and utilise assets across various chains allows for access to a multitude of liquidity pools, whilst also supporting and facilitating the trading of different NFT assets for one another, regardless of native chain. This mechanism is known as cross - chain transaction/cross chain swap or Atomic Swap. This allows non - native assets to become interoperable on other blockchains and the straightforward trading of cryptographic assets. These transactions function by the smart contract allowing users to access one another’s specific asset. If both parties meet the conditions set by the smart contract, within the allotted time frame, the transaction is executed. Rawson House will list metaverse specific NFTs from multiple native chains; also providing a bridging service so that any purchased assets may be transferred, via a form Atomic Swap, to become interoperable on any blockchain and all current major metaverse platforms. 03 Lazy Minting and Gasless Minting Everyone loves NFT's but despises paying gas! Rawson House will be implementing lazy minting initially before adding the ability for gasless minting. This lowers the entry barriers for NFT's considerably and allows artists to concentrate on their digital creations. Lazy Minting is a process where the user can create a digital art piece and pay zero gas fees, the purchaser of the NFT will then pay the gas fees for the mint. The NFT does not appear on the blockchain until the purchase is made, it stays stores on Rawson House until purchase. Gasless Minting is where a user can mint an item to the block chain without needing to submit a transaction the blockchain. You just have to sign with your wallet. Users can then transfer the asset ot themselves at will appear on chain! 15 DAO and Staking Future Rawson House will be transitioning to a DAO based model in future To faciliate this a pool of staking rewards will be held in reserve Via a Proof - Of -Stake Consesus model, users will be able to determine the direction of Rawson House through a voting system This includes future art collections for auction and general governance rights DAO's are in keeping with the overall them of cryptocurency, decentralised and trusltess 14 permissions
