All rights reserved. 4 Marketing Opportunities: • Sign & Up Creative due date – all finished marketing should be sent to: ConsortiaMarketing@Sabre.com • Run period/ date of opportunity • Opportunity type, with exact specifications and instructions for the marketing content • Target group/ distribution channel of marketing opportunity • Costs (if applicable) What to review in the calendar Sales Opportunities • Sign up due date (sign ups after the deadline will not be considered) • Date & location of the event, format with further specifics of its execution • Who is attending the event and what is the expected number of attendees • Costs (if applicable) & other requirements to participate Please note that all sales opportunities (may it be in - person or virtual) are offered on waitlist basis . After the deadline, we will select participants and contact those who are accepted to participate. All opportunities listed in our sales & marketing platform are only available for hotels signed up to consortia services. Log into the calendar 2. Review all available opportunities and use the available filter options ( e.g. Region, country, opportunity type, etc.). 3. Click on the opportunity name to review its details and requirements – Important: only sign up if you are able to meet all requirements and agree to the associated costs! 4. Click on “Waitlist” – Recommended: From here, we recommend you signing in and the top of the screen using one of the platforms (Google or Microsoft) using 1 gen era l email for the tool for your property/brand always. When doing so everything you’ve signed up for under the 1 email address will sho w w hen you login under “My Events” – Note: As we have limited availability for all events, every hotel will automatically be placed on the Waitlist at first. Sabre’s Consortia Team will review all hotels on the waitlist after the deadline and then confirm attendances via email. 5. Complete all required fields (name, e - mail address, hotel group etc.) and hit “OK”. 6. Once complete, you will receive an email confirming your registration or your sign up to the waitlist. 7. Important: If you are put on a Waitlist , please do not book your travel until you receive an email you have been officially confirmed in the opportunity. 8. If there is a cost associated with your participation and spot details, the charges will be added to your monthly Sabre invoice. Some marketing spots are for hotels in certain destinations. If your hotel is not located in given city, you are not able to participate. 4. Click on “Sign up” or “Waitlist” (depending on the availability of the opportunity) – Recommended: From here, we recommend you signing in and the top of the screen using one of the platforms (Google or Microsoft) using 1 gen era l email for the tool for your property/brand always. When doing so everything you’ve signed up for under the 1 email address will sho w w hen you login under “My Events” 5. Complete all required fields (name, e - mail address, hotel group etc.) and hit “OK”. You will receive an email confirming your registration or your sign up to the waitlist. 6. Important: If you are put on a Waitlist, only create the marketing creative when you receive an email informing you, that you have been officially confirmed in the opportunity. 7. Please send in all creative to ConsortiaMarketing@Sabre.com by the due dates listed 8. If there is a cost associated with your participation and spot details, you will be invoiced accordingly. All rights reserved. 10 • Select My Events at the top right. Event Actions is a web app for saving and managing events you find on website calendars. • Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. Tipp: In case several team members are looking after the sales & marketing activities of your hotel, use your shared email address ( e.g. sales@hotel.com) to ensure your team has full access to registered opportunities. Benefits: • Save your own personalized list of events of interest that you find on website calendars. • Store personal information and preferences, such as your account time zone. • Monitor and manage registration for events you sign up to attend. • View the status of, cancel, or withdraw events you submit. Sign - in to review and manage your events • Review all opportunities, that you have signed up to. – What does each status mean? • Registered = your participation request has been accepted. • On wait list = your participation request has been received.
