TERMS & CONDITIONS 1 Organizer Asia Power Electrical Sdn. Bhd. (APE) 2 The Contest Ria Raya Draw Campaign 3 Contest Period 11 April 2022 - 08 May 2022 (28 days) 4 Eligibility i. This contest is open to all individual legal residents of Malaysia with a valid identification document. ii. 18 years and above as at the begin of the contest period. iii. The organizer shall reserve the right to request for evidence of identification documents. 5 Entry Method i. Purchase any APE trade products at any amount in a single receipt by in-store and/or online store during or before the contest period. ii. One (1) printed receipt from point-of-sale systems and/or e-receipts for online purchases is required to enter the contest. iii. The receipt must bear with legible receipt details include the products/items of purchase, date of purchase, purchase amount after discount and tax, receipt number and name and/or logo of the outlet. iv. The contest participation method is via WhatsApp only. Participant may submit as many entries as they wish but each receipt is ONLY eligible to one (1) entry via WhatsApp. The organizer shall reserve the right to disqualify any entries with reprinted and/or duplicated receipt and/or containing more than one (1) receipt. 6 WhatsApp Entry i. Follow APE official FB Page: https://www.facebook.com/asiapowerelectrical Participation Steps ii. Like and Public Share the FB contest post. iii. Write your personal details with MyKad NRIC full name and identification number on the front of the receipt. For example, write on the receipt : Mohamad Ali - 900101148888 iv. Snap one (1) clear and legible picture/image in JPEG Format of one complete receipt with your personal and receipt details. One (1) image must contain a picture of one (1) receipt only. v. Submit one (1) picture/image via WhatsApp from any number registered in Malaysia to +6010-8987623. vi. The organizer will auto-reply with an acknowledgment message for each entry of participation received. Page 1 of 3 vii. The organizer will extract all Entries received for further processing. Any unclear, illegible and incomplete Entry will be disqualified. viii. Participants are required to safe keep the original receipt. The organizer shall reserve the right to request for evidence of the original receipt in hard-copy for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce the original receipt upon request will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. 7 Entry Deadline All Entries must be received by the organizer on or before 23:59:59 on 08 May 2022. All Entries received outside the contest period will be automatically disqualified. 8 Weekly i. There is one (1) Weekly Prize in kind to be won each week for four (4) Prizes and consecutive weeks. In total, there are 4 x DAHUA IMOU CUE 2 1080P Selection of WIRELESS SECURITY CAMERA with total worth Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred Winners (RM500.00) as Weekly Prizes to be won throughout the contest period. ii. The four (4) weekly periods are as per below: Week 1 : 11 April – 17 April 2022 Week 2 : 18 April – 24 April 2022 Week 3 : 25 April – 01 May 2022 Week 4 : 02 May – 08 May 2022 iii. Each qualified entry received to be approved by the organizer. One (1) winner to be decided by a random selection or pick through the digital “Spin the Wheel” in FB LIVE. iv. The successful winner will be removing from the random selection or pick wheel. The remaining qualified entry after the winner has been selected; they will accumulate for the next consecutive week of the “Pick-a-Winner” day’s winner selection. v. The “Pick-a-Winner” days are as follow: Winner 1 : 19 April 2022 at 12.00 PM (Malaysia Time) Winner 2 : 26 April 2022 at 12.00 PM (Malaysia Time) Winner 3 : 03 May 2022 at 12.00 PM (Malaysia Time) Winner 4 : 10 May 2022 at 12.00 PM (Malaysia Time) 9 Additional Terms i. The organizer will contact all successful winners via WhatsApp to the mobile number from which the organizer received in the qualified entries. The organizer will not be held liable in the event the selected winner cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. ii. Upon request, all winners must provide their personal details to the organizer for prizes fulfillment. iii. All prizes are requiring the winners’ self-collect or redeem by the winner’s own transportation cost at Asia Power Electrical Sdn. Bhd., L-01-04, Jalan PPK 1, Perniagaan Kinrara Town Centre, Taman Kinrara Sek 3, 41700 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia within 6 – 8 weeks from 08 May 2022 during Page 2 of 3 APE’s operating days and hours. The organizer reserves the rights to forfeit the prize if the personal and receipt details provided is NOT in the winners’ name and/or the winner failed to provide their appointed representative details to collect or redeem on behalf the winner that arranged before arrive with the organizer upon request. iv. Winners Result Ad will be featured within 6 – 8 weeks from 08 May 2022 in the organiser’s Facebook Page : https://www.facebook.com/asiapowerelectrical v. All unclaimed prizes after the deadline set by the organizer for prize collection will be forfeited. vi. The organizer retains the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available. vii. The organizer excludes its responsibilities and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes or modification to the promotion or prizes or due to any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control such as governmental interference, civil commotion, riot, war, strikes, act of terrorism (including but not limited to any act of violence, hostility, national emergency, occurrence of any epidemic/pandemic outbreaks) and for any act or default by any third-party suppliers or vendors. viii. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prizes during the delivery process. Any other additional costs (i.e., travel expenses, transportation cost, duties and taxes) involved to redeem or collect the prize shall be borne by the winner at their own cost. ix. The organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the contest, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the organizer. x. The organizer reserves the right to change or to cancel the contest at any time without prior notice to participants, in which case the organizer will make effort to inform the participants prior to the date. If the contest has to be canceled, the organizer shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused. xi. Any updates on the contest including any changes to the Rules & Regulations or Terms & Conditions will be posted on the organizer’s Facebook page.
