The demand to get into a property before work goes back and school starts is still continuing. This will typically start to slow down in late February/early March however it is hard to really say what can happen. What will be interesting is when Job Seeker payments end in March. We have been achieving amazing rent returns with some properties achieving $50 - $200per week more than the previous lease agreement. The main core of applications are coming from alot of tenants outside of the Mid North Coast area who are offering rent paid in advance and even more than the asking rental amount.
