Terms and Conditions for the September 2026 Owned Competition x ECOVACS UKI Giveaway 1. Organizer of the Giveaway The organizer of the giveaway is ECOVACS Europe GmbH, Holzstraße 2, 40221 Düsseldorf – Germany. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. The giveaway is administered by IPG DXTRA (UK) 2. Eligibility 2.1 The giveaway is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in UK. Participation must be carried out personally by the participant using their own Instagram account. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted. Employees of ECOVACS Europe GmbH and their relatives, as well as employees of IPG DXTRA (UK) and their relatives, are excluded from participation. Participants who violate these Terms and Conditions will be excluded from the giveaway. Participation in the giveaway is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the giveaway, participants accept these Terms and Conditions. 2.2 Participation in the giveaway is free of charge. 3. Giveaway Period / Prizes / Selection of Winners 3.1 The giveaway begins on 10 September 2026 . The giveaway ends on 24 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. BST. 3.2 The prizes are as advertised in the giveaway and include: 1x DEEBOT X12 OmniCyclone 3.3 The winners will be selected at random by IPG DXTRA (UK) from all eligible participants. 3.4 The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize claims are personal and non - transferable. Legal recourse is excluded. 4. Requirements for Participation 4.1 Participation is only possible by following @ecovacsuki Instagram account, sharing the Instagram giveaway post to your stories and posting a comment on the corresponding giveaway post by tagging a friend . Regardless of the number of comments submitted, each participant may only enter the prize draw once. 4.3 Every participant who fulfills the participation requirements stated in the giveaway post will be entered into the prize draw. To participate, the participant must have their own Instagram account. The drawing will take place after the giveaway has ended. 4.4 Participants who violate applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise attempt to manipulate the giveaway in any way may be excluded from the giveaway by ECOVACS Europe GmbH. In such cases, prizes may also be withdrawn or reclaimed. 5. Acceptance of the Prize The prize must be accepted by the participant within 24 hours of notification by sending a written direct message to the ecovacsuki Instagram account, as instructed by IPG DXTRA (UK). If the prize is not accepted within this period, the prize claim will expire, and ECOVACS Europe GmbH reserves the right to select a new winner. Participants who do not win a prize will not be notified. 6. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions / Termination of the Giveaway ECOVACS Europe GmbH reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ECOVACS Europe GmbH arise that impair or prevent the planned execution of the giveaway, and if, acting in good faith, ECOVACS Europe GmbH cannot reasonably be expected to continue the giveaway or conduct it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, provided that participants are not unreasonably disadvantaged. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, failures or disruptions of hardware or software, unauthorized interference by third parties, or legal objections that prevent the continuation of the giveaway. 7. Privacy Policy The personal data submitted by participants in connection with the giveaway (first name, last name, postal address, and email address) will be stored for the duration of the giveaway and will not be shared with or made available to third parties without th e participant's consent. The submitted data will be deleted immediately after the giveaway has been completed. 8. Copyright and Grant of Rights 8.1 The participant agrees that all videos, photographs, and texts created in connection with the giveaway may be used and published free of charge by ECOVACS Europe GmbH for its own promotional purposes on Instagram, Facebook, and all other media. For this purpose, the participant grants ECOVACS Europe GmbH a non - exclusive, worldwide, unlimited in time and scope right to use the content for all possible types of use, including the right to reproduce and distribute it. 8.2 ECOVACS Europe GmbH is not entitled to transfer these rights of use or grant sublicenses to third parties without the author's consent. 9. Limitation of Liability Upon provision of the prize, ECOVACS Europe GmbH shall be released from all obligations unless these Terms and Conditions provide for an earlier point in time. ECOVACS Europe GmbH shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by ECOVACS Europe GmbH or its agents, or resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In particular, the above limitation of liability applies to damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in data transmission, technical malfunctions of systems or services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses. 10. Final Provisions 10.1 These Terms and Conditions and the giveaway are governed by the laws of Germany. 10.2 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
