We aren't giving up on the fight to save our neighborhood - we have a proposed solution, and we need your help. You may have read that a contextual overlay was discussed in Council Member Preptit's letter, but it wasn't on the ballot. Now is your chance to show your support. Here's why it works: every home is treated the same, with no contributing or non-contributing split, and our proposed map covers the entire neighborhood. Every household also gets a voice: nominate one neighbor - yourself included - for the guideline committee. Self-nominations welcome. Signing supports pursuing a contextual overlay and a neighborhood-led process, not final guidelines - those don't exist yet. They'll be drafted openly, with your input, before anything is final.
