ربیالأول 1442 ربیالأول 1442 As for what follows... Allah ﷻ said, "Indeed, those who give pledge to you ( َ یُبَایِعُونَك ), they are giving pledge to Allah. The Hand of Allah is over their hands. Then whosoever breaks his pledge breaks it only to his own harm and whosoever fulfills what he has covenanted with Allah, He will bestow on him a great reward." [Surah al-Fath, 48:10] And He ﷻ said, "O Prophet! If the believers come to you to take the Bay’ah ( َیُبَایِعْنَك) that they will not associate in worship anything with Allah, that they will not steal, that they will not commit adultery, that they will not kill their children, that they will not utter slander, intentionally forging falsehood, and they will not disobey you in any just matter, then receive their Bay’ah." [Surah al-Mumtahinah, 60:12] ‘Ubadah Ibn As-Samit رضي ﷲ عنھ reported: "We have pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to listen and obey in ease and in hardship and that we do not dispute the matter (authority) with its people and that we stand for and speak the truth wherever we are and that in the service of Allah we would fear the blame of no one.” [Sahih Muslim] It was narrated that Abu Hazim said: "I stayed with Abu Hurairah عنھﷲ رضي for five years, and I heard him narrate that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Banu Israel used to be governed by Prophets, every time a Proph- et علیھ السلام died, another came after him, and there will be no Prophet after me. There will be Khulafa’ and they will number many”. They said: “What would you order us to do?” He ﷺ said: “Fulfil the Bay’ah to them one after the other, and give them their due right, surely Allah will account them for that which He (سبحانھ و تعالى) entrusted them with” [Sahih Muslim] The Prophet ﷺ said, “And I command you with five things that Allah has commanded me with: Listening, Obeying, Jihad, Hijrah, and Jama’ah, for indeed he who splits from the Jama’ah so much as a hand span has removed the noose of Islam from his neck until he returns, and whoever calls by the call of Jaahiliyyah (i.e. Asabiyyah or Nationalism) is from the people of Hell.” A man said, “O Messen- ger of Allah, even if he prays and fasts?” He said, “Even if he prays and fasts. So call by the call of Allah who has named you Muslims, believers, and slaves of Allah.” [Reported by at-Tirmidhi] This Jama’ah which has been obligated upon the Muslims is the Qurashi khilaafah that Hudhayfah Ibn al-Yaman رضي ﷲ عنھ was ordered to adhere to. Narrated by Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman عنھﷲ رضي : The people used to ask Allah's Messenger ﷺ about the good but I used to ask him about the evil lest I should be overtaken by them. So I asked, "O Allah's Messenger ﷺ! We were living in ignorance and in an (extremely) worst atmosphere, then Allah brought to us this good (i.e., Islam); will there be any evil after this good?" He replied, "Yes." I asked, 'Will there be any good after that evil?" He replied, "Yes, but it will be tainted (not pure.)" I asked, "What will be its taint?" He replied, "(There will be) some people who will guide others not according to my tradition. You will approve of some of their deeds and disapprove of some others." I asked, "Will there be any evil after that good?" He replied, "Yes, (there will be) some people calling at the gates of the (Hell) Fire, and whoever will respond to their call, will be thrown by them into the (Hell) Fire." I said, "O Allah's Apostle! Will you describe them to us?" He said, "They will be from our own people and will speak ا اﷲ “IN THE NAME of Allah, I begin. All praise belongs to Allah, al-Qawi, al-Matin, al-Qahhār, al-Muqtadir. And may the salah and salam [of Allah ﷻ] be upon he who was sent with the sword as a mercy to the ‘alamin” 13 Bayah 1 ربیالأول 1442 our language." I said, "What do you order me to do if such a state should take place in my life?" He said, "Stick to the Jama’ah of the Muslims (al-Khilaafah) and their Imam (Khalifah)." I said, "If there is neither a Jama’ah of the Muslims nor an Imam (Khalifah)?" He said, "Then turn away from all those sects (i.e. other Groups or Jama’ah) even if you were to bite (eat) the roots of a tree till death overtakes you while you are in that state." [Sahih al-Bukhari] In this sahih hadith it is talking about al-Jama'ah which indicates al-Khilaafah. So According to this hadith only the Jama’ah of the Khilaafah is legit and the claim of other Jama’ah or groups are inval- id. Whatever that Jama’ah may be. If it opposes the Jama’ah of the Muslim Khilaafah then we must not mingle with them or answer its call. We must stay away from the fire of hell and safeguard our Akhirah. We must Remember that who ever is call- ing against the Muslim Khilaafah or its Imam, the Khalifah then he is a caller of Jahannam. We must not listen to him because RasulAllah ﷺ had ordered us to do so. If we disobey the direct command of RasulAllah ﷺ after the knowledge of truth (al-Haq) which has came to us then indeed Jahannam will be our final abode. (May Allah ﷻ safeguard us from that) It was narrated from Abu Hurairah رضي ﷲ عنھ that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There is no one among you who does not have two abodes: An abode in Paradise and an abode in Hell. If he dies and enters Hell, the people of Paradise inherit his abode. This is what Allah says: ‘These are indeed the inheritors.’” [23:10] [Sunan Ibn Majah, كتاب الزھد Kitab al-Zuhd (Graded: Sahih)] The Muwahhidun and the supporters of the Khilaa- fah and Khalifah will inherit our places (homes/pal- aces) in Jannah if we listen to the Callers of Jahan- nam and follow the path of Jaahiliyyah. Abu Hurairah رضي ﷲ عنھ narrated, “He who rebels against obedience to the Khalifah, abandons the Muslim Jama’ah (Khilaafah) and then dies, his death will be as if he died at the time of Jaahiliyyah.” [Related by Muslim] The Jama’ah is built upon pillars just as Islam is built upon pillars. Therefore, the Jama’ah of the Muslims which we have been ordered to cling to, adhere to, and bite onto with our molars, and without which the rule of Islam is not manifested in the land, is built upon Five pillars after the pillars of Islam: Hijrah, Listen- ing, Obeying, Jama’ah and Jihad. And there is no Listening, Obeying or Jama’ah without Bay’ah and an Imam. There is no Hijrah without Iwa and Nusrah (giving refuge and support). And there is no Jihad without I’dad (preparation), Ribat, and Qital (fighting). The rightly-guided Khalifah, ‘Umar Ibn al-Khattab عنھﷲ رضي said, “Indeed, there is no Islam except with Jama’ah, and there is no Jama’ah except with Imaarah (leadership), and there is no Imaarah except with obedience” [Sunan ad-Darimi]. And due to the importance of the Jama’ah of the Muslims, the Prophet ﷺ warned against leaving it. He ﷺ said, “Whoever sees from his leader something that he dislikes then let him be patient, for indeed he who splits from the Jama’ah so much as a hand span and then dies, then it is a death of Jaahiliyyah.” [Reported by al-Bukhari and Muslim from Ibn ‘Abbas رضي ﷲ عنھ ] 13 Bayah 2 ربیالأول 1442 He ﷺ also said, “Whoever retracts his hand from obedience will meet Allah on the Day of Judgment without an argument [in his favor], and whoever dies without a bay’ah, dies a death of Jaahiliyyah.” [Reported by Muslim from Ibn ‘Umar رضي ﷲ عنھ ] Rather, due to the importance of the Jama’ah of the Muslims, the Prophet made lawful the blood of the one who breaks its rank. He ﷺ said, “There will be tribulations and tribula- tions. So whoever comes to divide the matter of this Ummah while it is united, then strike him – whoever he may be – with the sword.” [Reported by Muslim] Another narration states, “Whoever comes to you wanting to break your strength or divide your unity while your matter is altogether under a single man (Khalifah), then kill him [i.e. the agitator].” [Reported by Muslim from ‘Arfajah] He ﷺ also said, “The blood of a Muslim individual bearing witness LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAH and that I am the messenger of Allah is not permissible except in one of three cases: The adulterer, a life for a life, and one who abandons the din, breaking off from the Jama’ah.” [Reported by al-Bukhari and Muslim from Ibn Mas’ud رضي ﷲ عنھ ] And from the blessings of Allah ﷻ upon the Muwah- hidin is that He ﷻ renewed for them this Jama’ah – with no power or strength on their part – after it had been absent for centuries. Prior to that, this neglected obligation was a duty upon every Muslim and each of them will be held accountable for not striving to renew it then. Thus, it is upon every Muwahhid to thank Allah ﷻ through his words and deeds, by mentioning this blessing in both public and private gatherings – “And as for the blessing of your Lord, then mention [it]” [Surah ad-Duha: 11] – and by safeguarding this blessing, defending it, fighting in order to preserve it, and adhering to its pillars – Hijrah, Listening, Obeying, Jama’ah, and Jihad – and the entailment for these pillars – Iwa, Nusrah, Bay’ah, I’dad, and Ribat – so that Allah ﷻ may increase them of His bounty. Allah ﷻ said, “And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.’” [Surah Ibrahim: 7] We are giving our Bay’ah to our Honorable Sheikh Amīr al-Muʾminīn Khalifa tul Muslimin Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi حفظھ ﷲ "pledging to listen and obey, in times of delight and dislike, and in times of hardship and ease, and to do so selflessly; and not to dispute the command of those in authority unless we see blatant Kufr, concerning which we have proof from Allah. Allah bears witness over what we say." The atrocities committed by the Mushrikin of Burma in Bilad al-Arakan are known to all. Sarcastically, these are the same people who believe killing even an insect is a great sin. So, these culprits count the blood of an insect is holier than the blood of Muslims. So, O Lions of the Khilaafah! Haven't you heard the screams of the oppressed Muslim men, women, and children who say, "Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper.” [An-Ni- sa: 75] then “what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and [for] the oppressed?" [An-Nisa: 75] 13 Bayah 3 ربیالأول 1442 RasulAllah ﷺ said: “The parable of the believers in their affection, mercy, and compassion for each other is that of a body. When any limb aches, the whole body reacts with sleeplessness and fever.” [Sahih al-Bukhari] He ﷺ also said: “The People will soon summon one another to attack you from every place in the same way that a pack calls around its prey” Someone asked, “Will that be because of our small numbers at that time?” He replied, “No, you will be numerous at that time: but you will be froth like that carried down by a torrent (of water), and Allah will take the fear of you from the breasts (hearts) of your enemy and cast al-Wahn into your hearts.” Someone asked, “O Messenger of Allah, what is al-Wahn?” He ﷺ replied, “Love of the world and dislike of death.” [Musnad Ahmad] It was narrated from Abu Hurairah رضي ﷲ عنھ that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever dies without having fought or without the intention of fighting, then he dies on one of the branches of hypocrisy (Nifaq)." [Sunan an-Nasai, Graded: Sahih] Muslims should realize the essence of these noble hadith and reject all paths of Jaahiliyyah (i.e. Asabiyyah, Hijbiyyah, Nationalism, Secularism etc.) which are the greatest hurdles for them to be united under one creed (i.e. Aqida, Manhaj) and one leader (Khalifah), and form Wilaayat under the guidance and authority of the Khilaafah state. Alhamdulillah more and more people are waking up to the reality that only Khilaafah state has the potential to unite the Ummah under its Black flag of Tawheed. And it is an obligation for all able bodied Muslim men to fight the Mushrikin under a single banner, not divided and split into parties with neither a Jama’ah nor an Imam. “Indeed, Allah loves those who fight in His cause in a row as though they are a [single] structure joined firmly.” [Surah as-Saff: 4] RasulAllah ﷺ said, “Two groups amongst my Ummah would be whom Allah has freed from Hellfire (Jahannam); one group would fight against Hind (i.e. Mushrikin or idol worshippers of Bilad al-Hind) and the Second would be those who would accompany ’Isa Ibn-e-Maryam علیھ السلام ”. [Musnad Ahmad, Sunan an-Nasai, Graded: Sahih] O Allah! Make us the group who will fight against the Mushrikin or idol worshipers of Bilad al-Hind and bless us with the meeting of ’Isa Ibn-e-Maryam علیھ السلام and accompany him. Amin.
