The provision of residential property care to retired persons who are poor and receiving social grant, Service Delivery Commission will provide property care at no cost to the retired persons. 4. The construction of community centre, sports facilities, skills development centre or other facilities of similar nature for public benefit and youth empowerment. 5. The promotion, facilitation and support of access to land for housing and infrastructural development, which is undertaken and completed by one or more our official land reform programmes. 6. The provision of management, evaluation and health compliance services. 7. The property of management, evaluation and health compliance services to property classified as business base of operation or made accessible to the public or consisting of 10 or more units located in the same building. • Welfare / Humanitarian Support 1. The care, counselling and provision of rehabilitation and educational programmes developed for abused, neglected and special needs children. 2. The care, counselling and provision of rehabilitation and educational programmes with physical and mental enhancement disadvantages. 3. The development of indicatives aimed at the provision of poverty relief programs. 4. Developing initiative focused on conflict resolution, the promotion of reconciliation, mutual respect and tolerance between the various people of South Africa. 5.
