We’ve successfully delivered this program across leading institutions, including ministries, telecoms, and commercial banks in Asia and Central Asia. It was recognized by H.E. Chea Vandet, Minister of Post and Telecommunications of Cambodia, with a national Certificate of Appreciation for its con tribution to digital leadership. Building on that success, we have since broadened the program to serve a wider audience of organizational leaders — providing them with a clear, actionable roadmap for driving meaningful and lasting AI transformation across diverse industries. 1. OVERVIEW Our AI deployment solutions are designed to help organizations seamlessly integrate artificial intelligence into their operations, enhancing efficiency, innovation, and long - term growth. These solutions focus on guiding teams through the complexities of AI adoption while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The global economy presents both significant opportunities and complex challeng es for organizations and their leaders. One of the most transformative forces today is the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is reshaping industries and redefining how businesses operate. AI is driving major changes across various do mains, including operational efficiency, customer experience, data - driven decision making, marketing, product innovation, talent management, compliance, risk management, and fraud detection. Leaders have a fiduciary responsibility to provide strategic oversight and ensure organizational alignment with emerging technologies like AI. A strong understanding of AI is essential for four key reasons. First, it enables leaders to grasp AI’s broad societal i mplications — in areas such as geopolitics, education, healthcare, and the future of work. Second, companies that leverage AI effectively gain a significant competitive advantage, making it essential for leadership to stay informed and proactive. Third, AI a doption introduces new risks, including cybersecurity threats, ethical dilemmas, and regulatory challenges — risks that require informed governance. Finally, as AI reshapes the workforce by automating tasks and creating demand for new skills, leaders must gu ide talent development and recruitment strategies to prepare their organizations for the future. 2. OUTCOMES This workshop is designed to equip participants with an understanding of Al and its impact on society and business. This workshop consists of a highly interactive workshop. After completion, participants are expected: 2 • To understand the basics of Al and its various applications. • To assess the strategic implications of Al for society and business operations. • To identify and manage opportunities and risks associated with Al. • To decide how participants can proactively deploy Al to remain competitive and improve Board and Company performance. • To address cultural and organizational barriers to change and digital transformation. • To provide change management techniques for leaders. • To highlight the strategic advantages of digital transformation for operations. • To build confidence in adopting digital technologies to improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery. 3. MODULE STRUCTURE The module will use different approaches: plenary session lectures, presenting and discussing the main conceptual and practical approaches to developing and growing leadership competencies; practical exercises and group work will invite participants to appropriate and discuss critical competencies. 4. TEACHING METHODS We believe that the classroom is a safe environment (a learning community) for experimenting with behavior that may not be comfortable or natural for the participants to exhibit on the job as managers. Our classroom then, is a place to learn, exchange ideas, and gain understanding of the behavioral basis of leadership so that change may be lasting. We will use small group exercises, simulations, and readings to illustrate the main point(s) of the material we are covering. Participation in these activities — questions, observations, points of view, asking for behavioral feedback — is important for success in the course and to enhance each participant’s experience. 3 5.
