With this, the team is growing and we are looking for talented cocktail-loving new joiners to help us lead the market as the best cocktail in a can. The Role: Operations Manager Helping drive the brand forward, playing an integral role in the operations and running of MOTH. You will work on our current product range, as well as assisting in NPD planning and launch. As a rapidly growing young company, we are looking for someone to develop with us towards a COO position. Responsibilities: ● End-to-end supply chain, manufacturing and logistics management and strategy ● Develop demand and supply planning across all products ● Working closely with the Sales team ● Inventory management ● Minimising risk and inefficiencies in the supply chain to drive commercial value ● Support ecommerce from an inventory and process perspective ● Embody and positively promote the MOTH mission, values and brand messages You are: Part free spirit Part good friend Part great storyteller Part perfect host You’re anti-conventional You’re good company You like a challenge You’re picky with data Unstuffy & refreshing Love conversation Responsibility And detail orientated You work quickly Building relationships And curiosity Every process counts And thoroughly With confidence Not too dreamy With precision With care and attention We’re friends But making a difference Perfectly organised Experience: ● 2-3 years of supply chain/operations/logistics experience ● EDI experience ● Experience using an ERP (Unleashed, DEAR systems) ● Confidence to work autonomously ● Strong Excel and organisational skills ● Great ability to build and manage relationships ● Ideally experience in FMCG (start-up or big business) ● Ecommerce experience a bonus Details: ● Start - March 2021 ● Location - London ● Salary & Options - Depending on experience ● Hours - Full time
