CORPORATE HOUSING RENTA L AGREEMENT 6. Access Guest shall allow Landlord access to the property for purposes of repair , inspection, or emergency. Landlord shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner by giving at least five - hour notice (u n less in cas e of emergency ) 7. Ren tal rate and fees A. Deposit: A deposit of $ 250.00 is du e at least se ven (7) days pr ior to the Check - in Date. Should the Guest lodge a cre dit card with L andlord , land lord will take an authori zation hold of $ 250.00 of the Guest for the 30 - night stay. If the Guest does not have a credit card, then the $250.00 deposit should be paid in cash. O PTION A. T he d eposit is for security purposes and will be ref unded with 72 hours of check - out date pro vided no deductions are made due to : i. damage caused to the pro perty or furnishings , ii. d irt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning , or iii. any other cost incurred by Landlord due to Guest ’ s stay OPTION B.
