B BloodSight A user's overview B L O O D T E S T A N A LY S I S , F R O M T H E PAT I E N T ' S S I D E How I finally made sense of years of blood tests My lab results lived in three patient portals, an email folder and a drawer of paper printouts. This is how I use BloodSight to read each report in plain language and keep every result on one timeline. BloodSight bloodsight.com 1 / 4 B BloodSight Reading a report S T E P 1 · U P L O A D One upload, and every value on the report is explained I upload the PDF from the portal or just take a photo of the paper copy. BloodSight reads every result and shows it the way my lab printed it, with my lab's own reference range next to it. Any lab, any format PDF, JPG or PNG. My reports come from Labcorp, Quest and a hospital MyChart account, and all of them go in the same way. My lab's ranges, not generic ones High and low flags follow the range printed on my report, so I see what my own lab considers normal. Plain language Each result gets a short explanation of what the marker measures. I stopped searching abbreviations like MCV or eGFR one by one. BloodSight Sample Analysis bloodsight.com/sample-blood-test-analysis 2 / 4 B BloodSight Tracking over time S T E P 2 · H I S T O RY Old reports became a history I can actually follow On the first day I added every report I could find, in no particular order. Each one landed at its own test date. Now a new result appears right next to its earlier values. Different labs, one timeline Switching labs used to mean new units and new ranges. BloodSight lines the results up in one place, even when one lab reports mmol/L and another mg/dL. Matched automatically I never tag anything by hand. Each new result is matched to the same marker in my earlier reports, and the original file stays attached. Direction, not a single number One report is one day. Seeing four or five draws together tells me whether a value is steady or moving. The question I bring to my doctor changed from "is this number bad?" to "this has been rising since 2022, should we look at it?"
