This communication is to inform you that as a member of INSTABRIGHT INTERNATIONAL GUILD OF RESEARCHERS AND EDUCATORS, your school / institution will be recognized at the First Instabright INVESTITURE CEREMONY on March 5, 2021 at Tagaytay Country Hotel, Tagaytay City. Your presence is highly expected on the aforementioned occasion to receive the award. Please wear formal attire as you will be receiving your Plaque of Recognition, and Certificate of Recognition and Participation. This is the registration link for the event: https://tinyurl.com/ibinstitution There is a registration fee of Php 2,800.00 for institutional members. The fee will cover the plaque, certificates, and representative’s PM snacks, and seat reservation. If you will be bringing with you a companion, he/she must register also, so as the organizer can reserve a seat and snacks for him/her. Registration Fee for companion is Php 1,400.00 only per person. However, bringing a companion is not required. Once you have successfully registered, the team will send you an email of confirmation and a Certificate of Registration (COR). This will serve as your entry pass for the event. Your companion will also receive a separate COR for the event. Please be sure to print the COR as the registration team will get this to you before entering the venue. Registration is until February 2, 2021 only. This is to give enough time for the preparation for the event. The ceremony will start at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. Attendance checking and submission of COR will be available from 9am to 11am only. Payment options are listed at the second part of this letter. Rest assured that proper health protocols and social distancing will be highly observed and implemented during the event. Congratulations!
