Pulse Energy: Fleet Operator guide v1 This is the getting started guide for fleet operators that wish to leverage Pulse Energy’s charging application InstaCharge What is Pulse Energy? Pulse Energy is a B2B charging platform that offers all DC and AC chargers across India into one single application. Fleet operators can remotely monitor and pay for charging sessions, and track which driver is charging at which station. Drivers just need to download one single application (InstaCharge Simple EV charging) and enter operator code to start and stop any log9 chargers. They do not need to load money separately into the application wallet or pay at the charging station. Click on the “You have been added as a Fleet Owner” email 2. Click on the “Pulse Energy Central Console” link 3. Now you are registered! (you should see the page below) Step 2: Accessing the account 1. Enter your email ID, and click on request email OTP 2. You will get an OTP in your email 3. Now you can access your account! Step 3: Loading your wallet What is a Wallet? A central wallet that your drivers/vehicles can use to charge at any Log9 charging station. Drivers simply use the app and your unique operator code to pay at charging stations. Load money into wallet 1st of month based on kW utilization for current month. For example: 20,000 Rs for one vehicle OR 1,00,000 Rs for 5 vehicles All charging session fees will get deducted from this central wallet for all your vehicles Central Fleet Operator Wallet Vehicle 1 Vehicle 2 Vehicle 3 Vehicle 4 1. Click on “My Fleet” 2. Click on “Top Up” to recharge wallet Step 4: Download InstaCharge App & forward Operator Code to drivers 1. Copy Operator Code 2.
