Office 365 Forwarding Setup(older versions) Please login to your Office 365 portal (as administrator) and click on admin > Exchange. Under the Exchange Admin Center, click on recipients. Under c ontacts you will be able to add a new user. In the External Email Address, add the email to which the emails should be forwarded to and fill in other information as well. Now, click on recipients > mailboxes, select the account on which the forwarding rule is to be set. Once done, click on the edit button. Now select Mailbox Features from the left, scroll down to the Mail Flow section, and click View details. In the delivery options, check the enable forwarding option and click on browse to select the email address to which the emails are to be forwarded. You can also decide if you want the mails to be delivered to the original mailbox as well. Once you have specified all this, you can save the configuration and the mails would be forwarded. Office 365 Forwarding Setup(Newer versions) Please login to your Office 365 portal (as administrator) and click on admin > Exchange. Select the Mail Flow option, click on custom mail rules and create new rule(+). You can name the rule as required. In the dropdown for apply this rule if, select the option The recipient is. From the following page, select the your actual support email address (support@yourcompany.com). For the Do the following section, select the option Redirect the message to and paste the Freshservice email(default). Now you can save these settings and the forwarding should begin immediately. Do make sure that users do not set up their own forwarding rule.
