ClassPass FAQs How do I sign up if I’m a NEW member of ClassPass? • Go to: https://classpass.com/corporate/cotynl-77b5 • Click “Get Started Today” • Select your FREE TRIAL by clicking ‘Get Started’ • Please (if possible) use your company email to sign up. (*Your membership will begin eﬀective immediately after purchase and will renew monthly) • Please note:After your trial ends, you will automatically roll into a paid plan. You can always change your membership or cancel before your trial ends (see below). How do I switch my membership over to a corporate plan if I’m a CURRENT or PREVIOUS member of ClassPass? • Go to: classpass.com/contact • Select “manage my plan” and ﬁll out the form, including appropriate email address information • Please use your work email for your new account • Please make sure billing information is up to date Please note: the membership change to the Corporate plan will take place on your upcoming cycle renewal and one of our CX agents will respond to conﬁrm all membership and renewal details. Previous Members: As a corporate user we will waive your reactivation fee How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan after I sign up? Please head to classpass.com/contact select “Manage my Plan” and include the following details: 1. Conﬁrm the membership you’d like to have 2. Conﬁrm your billing information is up to date • Update your payment information on the website in Account Settings. Simply press the green UPDATE PAYMENT DETAILS button to add a new credit card. Once you've added a card, hit "Save Changes.” ClassPass FAQs Can I top up my credits during my cycle? Yes! Please head to your proﬁle, and under ‘Manage your membership’ you will ﬁnd an option to ‘Add credits to your cycle’. What if I do not use all of my credits during my cycle? ClassPass will rollover credits up to the value of your monthly plan. Example: Employee X is on a 25credit plan monthly plan, ClassPass will rollover up 25 unused credits into the next cycle. What happens if I am no longer an employee and I want to cancel or change my plan or have a question about my membership?
