IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES ************* ******** ************ ******** *********** ******** AN ACT Creating funding for allocated government spending and provide an improvement of the American way of life. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as “The Freeing America Act.” SEC. 2. Table of Contents. The table of contents for this Act is as follows: Division A-Federal Bullion Creation Act, **** Title I-Bullion and marked value Title II-Usage of Bullion Title III-Safeguarding and storage of bullion Division B-Allocated Spending of Bullion, **** Title I-National Debt Title II-Subsided Wages and Employer Responsibility to Federal Minimum Wage Decreased Title III-Reparations for Americans SEC. 3. References. Except as expressly provided otherwise, any reference to “this Act” contained in any division of this Act shall be treated as referring only to the provisions of that division. Division A-Federal Bullion Creation Act, **** The following items are hereby appropriated, out of any items in the Federal Reserve not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending **** **, ****, and for other purposes, namely: Title I-Bullion and marked value Upon approval of this bill 100 Bullion Bars worth of precious metal will be stored at the U.S. Mint each bar holding the monetary value of Twenty-Five Trillion United States Dollars. They will consist of 5 oz of Platinum each being 3.48 mm thick and 60 x 35 mm in diameter. The engraving on the front of 100 bars will be the Seal of the United States of America, the monetary value amount in American English and the back of the bar will consist of one of each 50 State Flags and one of each 50 State Flowers with sequence number starting with number 2; design to be approved in subsequent bill to allow for security concerns regarding any attempts to create forged bullion. Title II-Usage of Bullion Upon minting of bullion one bar will be provided to the Federal reserve for the standing debts and loan of the United States of America. This will be used in lieu of promissory notes and be considered legal tender and useable for such debts. Any later amount will be generated in a new loan until the entirety of one bar is account for in spending and then provided to the federal reserve for the usage of such notes and tender. Also, all states will receive one bar for their usages at the state level as a federal grant to be used after approval of budget by the state legislator. At no time is this funding to be used for personal endeavors and all actions leading to the usage of the funding will be handle following standard practices and laws already applied for tax fund usages. Title III-Safeguarding and storage of bullion Once created and minted the bullion bars will be stored under triple lock and key in Fort Knox Kentucky and kept there in putridity. At all times, the United States Army will keep roving and non-roving guards dispatched to safeguard the nations bullion. These soldiers will be drawn from the 19 series CMF and be outfitted with track and wheeled vehicles that always carry a full load of munitions. Division B-Allocated Spending of Bullion, **** Title I-National Debt Upon minting of bullion one bar will be provided to the Federal reserve for the standing debts and loan of the United States of America. This will be used in lieu of promissory notes and be considered legal tender and useable for such debts. Any later amount will be generated in a new loan until the entirety of one bar is account for in spending and then provided to the federal reserve for the usage of such notes and tender. Title II-Subsided Wages and Federal Minimum Wage Decrease With the approval of this bill the federal minimum wage will be changed to $69 dollars per hour with employers handling $2 dollars per hour with the federal government subsiding $67 dollars per hour per employee. Tipped wages employees can work a maximum of 80 hours a week at a rate of $35 dollar wage with the employer handling $4 dollars per hour. No over time will be applied, and employers will handle any hours over 80 at the full rate of $69 dollars per hour. *If you have a tip jar or take tips (*monetary tips) and you are not a tipped wage employee; you and the employer can be convicted and receive a fine of no less than $100,000.00 United States Dollars and no less than 5 years in prison for income tax evasion. Part time Employees will work a maximum of 20 hours a week. Any hour over 20 will be fully funded by their employer at the $69-dollar minimum wage or the employee will be a full-time employee. Full time Employees will work a maximum of 60 hours a week; everything over 40 hours will be paid at time and a half with the federal government handling the original $67 dollars plus $33.50 while the employer will handle the original $2 dollars plus $1.00 dollar. Any time over 60 hours the employer will handle the full wages of $103.50 per hour. Salary Employees will work a maximum of 60 hours a week everything over 40 hours will be paid at time and a half with the federal government handling the original $67 dollars plus $33.50 while the employer will handle the original $2 dollars plus $1.00 dollar. Any time over 60 hours the employer will handle the full wages of $103.50 per hour. All wage increases will be covered by the employer without affecting the original $67 and time and half of $67 per hour plus $33.50. Example: Jacob works as a salaried employee who is paid at $261,160 per year. His employer schedules him to work 60 hours each week with paid vacation time at the same rate of pay. He is given $243,880 of wage subsidies from the federal funding and his employer handles $17,280 of wages or $8.31 per 40 hours of labor with a credit being applied towards the time and a half part of the employer's responsibilities. Commision employees can work an unlimited number of hours per week but will only receive $67 dollars of subsided to their wages with the employer handling $2 dollars at a maximum of 20 hours. Also, they will never have to pay back draw as the draw only gives $40 dollars a week from the employer. The commission percentage amount will be accepted by the employer/employee during the hiring/bidding process. Contract employees will be treated as Full time employees for allocation of federal wage subsidies. Self-employed persons/person are eligible for the commission employee subsidies and handle the $40 dollars a week to pay themselves. Unit holders and investor are not affected unless they take any wages whether salary or hourly. The result will lower pay roll expenses for all enterprises/companies working inside the boundaries of the United States of America. SSN or TIN must be used to distribute the Federal Funding, even if they are day labor hires working part-time and sub $17,000 per year. Title III-Reparations for Americans Upon Approval of this bill all-natural born citizens will have funding distributed to them tax-free in hopes to mend the tragically broken bonds of kinship displayed in America today. This grouping of funding is made available regardless of age, race, creed, or another defining factor. The sums of which will be no more than $140,000.00 dollars and be distributed in monthly payments from the federal reserve over a period of 10 years; this will equal $1,167.00 per month to each natural born citizen. These payments will start within two years of approval of this bill and last for the next fifty years when the amends payments will end in its entirety. Nationalized citizens or otherwise known as ‘non-natural born citizens will have funding distributed to them tax-free and set aside equaling no more than $70,000.00 dollars and be distributed in monthly payments from the federal reserve over a period of 10 years; this will equal $584.00 per month to each nationalized citizen or otherwise known as ‘non-natural born citizens.’ These payments will start within 4 years of approval of this bill and last for the next twenty-five years when these amends payments will end in its entirety. Native America citizens or non-citizens whose territory originally existed inside the boundaries of the United States of America will have funding distributed to them tax-free and set aside equaling no more than $500,000.00 and be distributed in a lump sum to everyone who has one quarter blood relation to the original inhabitants of these lands. These payments will start within one year of approval of this bill and last for two years when these amends payments will end in its entirety.
