Dear Blizzard Team, Further to the Oceanic pvp report here, we have spoken to many other players and gathered further evidence from them to assist in your investigations in the biggest win trading/RMT scene that I have seen since I started playing World of Warcraft in 2006. Due to the small Oceanic pvp pool, brackets have been easily controlled and manipulated for the benefit of a selected a few. These guys, who will be named below, own, run and decide who gets arena rewards. Almost all the spots within the Oceanic Gladiator cut off are arranged, gatekept, account shared and sold. Firstly, let’s take a look at the ladder. 2v2 As you can see, rank 1 (3rd on the ladder) has been completely arranged and stacked perfectly at 2300 in order to maximise the amount of teams that will be eligible for the Rank 1 title. This is done by wintrading so they can get exactly the amount of points needed to stack. Wintrading Teams and players: 1. Rminventorx and Fizxy (uiywbvelhnh) 2. Evzy and Imgay (Carrying Miff) 3. Darkasassen and Notdu (ye) 4. Legendsz (nizler dizler cizler) 5. Oóòôôóöóôôòõ, Du and Animegf (Pig and Bandit) Legendsz is account shared with Rookere and purchased Rank 1 Title. Below rank 1, all Gladiator spots are sold off or gatekept for their friends. 2v2 Teams that account shared and wintraded You will notice Donnyc and Nukkz sold off the glad spot by playing games in the team therefore increasing the team rating to within Gladiator offcut but the account they are boosting is still within 100 points of the team rating. And here is a screenshot of a conversation between Donnyc and another player. Clear price for exact service and how it’s done. 3v3 Again, these guys have arranged matches to stack Rank 1 and Gladiator cut off in 3v3. In Meod’s post he had already provided evidence that Directorc had paid for his spot in the Rank 1 team. 5v5 Again, Gladiator cut off had been stacked to make sure either way they do not lose out. Rookere, who tried to gatekeep the 5v5 ladder made sure everyone knew who the boss is and posted some defamatory post on Reddit to pressure whoever did not follow their rules gets embarrased and humiliated. https://www.reddit.com/r/Arugal/comments/p498xk/rank_1_alliance_arena_team_engaging_in_ma ss_queue/ Constant intimidation in game, online has been the usual tactic to get people to comply with their reign. And he made it clear to this team as well how things are run on Oceanic servers. In conclusion, the below are the main RMT / Wintraders who control the whole ladder: Fizxy Rminventorx Rookere Donnyc Nukkz Cmd These 5 people have completed ruined the way Blizzard intended for average players such as us to play. This is large part of the reason that participation rate in pvp on Oceanic servers are so low. Exploiting other players is an equally serious offense. Scamming, account sharing, win-trading, and anything else that may degrade the gaming experience for other players will receive harsh penalties. Behavior that intentionally detracts from others' enjoyment (such as griefing, throwing, feeding, etc.) is unacceptable. We expect our players to treat each other with respect and promote an enjoyable environment. Acceptable behavior is determined by player reports and Blizzard's decision, and violating these guidelines will result in account and gameplay restrictions. Please, do not allow these people to manipulate and destroy the pvp environment for us Oceanic players. This sort of intimidation, bullying and complete disregard for in game code of conduct must be stopped. These players must be punished and their teams and the teams they boosted disqualified from End of season rewards. We look forward to justice being served for everyone on Oceanic servers and a positive and fair environment for all of us. Regards, Bleue *Special mention https://ironforge.pro/pvp/team/Arugal/5/160001/ Farggottem (previously named Legzscrotum) is the same person as Legzchoppa. Yet both accounts are played in the same arena game, fairly obvious that this person is account sharing.
