Legal Issues and Cover-Ups The legal troubles of Shyamala Harris began with a request on February 16, 1965 to change her status to a non-immigrant “visitor” to the US on the basis of employment at UC Berkeley . Note: She states her admission as a student was only valid until August 25th, 1964 (2 months prior to the birth of Kamala). Continuing her status as a “non immigrant” in the US, approval was granted in April 1965. 1965 KamalaHarrisIneligible.com Pg 26 Permanent Residence: INDIA Any doubt, that Kamala Harris was born on October 20, 1964 as a subject of India (and as an "non-resident alien" in relation to the US), is answered by Shyamala's February 1965 declaration that the location of her permanent residence at that time was in India. Under US immigration law, a minor child such as Kamala Harris legally “accompanied” parents at their permanent address. KamalaHarrisIneligible.com 1965 Pg 27 What Was Donald Harris Thinking? As evidence of his continuing interest in philosophies derived from the Nation of Islam, Donald Harris authored a eulogy for Malcolm X for a Jamaican newspaper in April 1965, which included racist criticisms about white people. The articles remain available via a link at Donald Harris’ Stanford University web page. KamalaHarrisIneligible.com 1965 Pg 28 Relocation (and Cover-Up) Donald Harris was hired as an instructor by the University of Illinois for the 1965-1966 academic year, and in the directory he is titled with a PhD, which was not actually awarded until June 1966. The Stanford University faculty biography of Donald Harris "skips" this 1965-1966 professorship, and his wikipedia page also presents the same altered time frame. Shyamala was also hired onto the UI university staff in Autumn 1965. KamalaHarrisIneligible.com 1965 Pg 29 1965 Immigration Law Changes The Hart-Cellar Immigration Act of 1965, effective 12/1/1965, extended "special immigrant" status to Jamaicans like Donald Harris and spouses, and children born in association with a visa, could also receive US residency. While the act removed the "Asia Pacific Triangle" quota requirement, the separate "India" quota continued, so Kamala Harris remained "alien" to the USA. (from I&N Reporter, April 1966) KamalaHarrisIneligible.com 1965 I&N Reporter 4/1966 Pg 30 “A general reward for fraud” Some immigration procedures prioritized keeping families together via lax enforcement of immigration rules, allowing relatives of permanent-resident aliens to violate quota restrictions. Dissenting US Supreme Court justices criticized this ruling as a "general reward for fraud" in "INS v. Errico" of December 12, 1966 (from I&N Reporter 1/1967). KamalaHarrisIneligible.com 1966 I&N Reporter 1/1967 Pg 31 Professional Qualification #1 On January 11, 1967, in an application for employment certification, Shyamala Harris noted her MS and PhD degrees in “Nutritional Sciences” earned at UC Berkeley. This was just 19 days prior to the birth of her daughter Maya on January 30, 1967 (who could receive US citizenship, if a parent had US residence status). 1967 KamalaHarrisIneligible.com Pg 32 Professional Qualification #2 On August 21, 1967, to qualify for a preference as a skilled professional with US immigration, Shyamala changed her credentials, her MS and PhD degrees earned at UC Berkeley, to the field of “Physiology”(from their actual titles of “Nutritional Sciences” as stated, just 7 months prior). 1967 KamalaHarrisIneligible.com Pg 33 Passport (missing, again?) Suspiciously, just as it did just before the birth of Kamala in October 1964, Shyamala’s passport went missing again at the time of her early 1967 application. 1967 KamalaHarrisIneligible.com Pg 34
