Q1/2022 اﻟﻘﺮاء اﻷﻋﺰاء، إﻧﻪ ﻟﻤﻦ دواﻋﻲ ﺳﺮورﻧﺎ اﻟﺒﺎﻟﻎ أن ﻧﻄﻠﻌﻜﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ آﺧﺮ اﻷﺧﺒﺎر ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺴﻮق اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات اﻟﺴﻜﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻣﺎﻟﻘﺎ ﻣﻨﺬ أن ﺑﺪأ اﻟﻮﺑﺎء ،أدى اﻟﻰ ﺗﻐﻴﺮات ﻓﻲ اﻟﺴﻮق واﺗﺠﺎﻫﺎﺗﻪ إﻟﻰ ﻣﻬﻤﺔ ﺻﻌﺒﺔ ،واﻟﺤﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﻫﻲ أن ﺳﻮق اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات ﺗﻮﻗﻒ ﻟﻤﺪة 5أﺷﻬﺮ ،ﻛﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ اﻟﺤﺎل ﻓﻲ أي ﻣﻜﺎن ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﻣﻨﺬ ﺷﻬﺮ أﻛﺘﻮﺑﺮ ،2020ﺑﺪأﻧﺎ ﻧﻼﺣﻆ زﻳﺎدة ﻓﻲ اﻻﻫﺘﻤﺎم ﺑﻌﻘﺎرات ﻣﺎﻟﻘﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ وﻫﺬا ﻣﺎ ﻧﺸﺮح ﻋﻨﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻔﺼﻴﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻤﻘﺎل. اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ واﻟﻜﻮﻓﻴﺪ: ﻳﻘﻮد ﻫﺬا اﻟﺴﻮق اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮون اﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳﻀﻌﻮن أﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﺔ اﻷﻗﻮى ﻋﻨﺪ ﻣﻘﺎرﻧﺘﻬﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﻴﻦ ،أدى ﺗﻔﺸﻲ ﻓﺎﻳﺮوس ﻛﻮرورﻧﺎ ) ﻛﻮﻓﻴﺪ ( 19إﻟﻰ ﺗﻮﻗﻒ اﻟﻤﺒﻴﻌﺎت ﻟﺒﻀﻌﺔ أﺷﻬﺮ، ﻣﻊ ﻗﻴﻮد اﻟﺴﻔﺮ واﻟﺬﻋﺮ اﻟﻌﺎم ﺑﺸﺄن اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎد اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻲ؛ ﺣﻴﺚ أن ﺷﺮاء ﻣﻨﺰل ﻓﻲ إﺳﺒﺎﻧﻴﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻜﻦ أوﻟﻮﻳﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻷي ﻣﻦ ﻫﺆﻻء اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ،ﻛﺎﻧﺖ اﻟﺴﻴﻄﺮة ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻮﺑﺎء ﻓﻲ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺔ ﻋﺎم 2020ﻫﻮ اﻟﺪاﻓﻊ اﻟﺤﻘﻴﻘﻲ اﻟﺬي ﺑﺪأ وﻣﺎ ﻧﻄﻠﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﻴﺎ ﺳﻮق اﻟﺼﻌﻮد ﻟﻌﺎم ، 2021ﻣﻊ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﻣﻌﺪﻻت اﻟﺘﻀﺨﻢ إﻟﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻳﺎت ﻗﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ وزﻳﺎدة اﻟﻀﺮاﺋﺐ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻤﺎل أوروﺑﺎ ،ﻓﻘﺪ زاد ﻋﺪد اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻟﺸﺮاء اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات ﻟﺘﻜﻮن وﺟﻬﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻄﻼت اﻟﻤﻔﻀﻠﺔ ﻟﺪﻳﻬﻢ وﻫﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻣﺎﻟﻘﺎ. ﻳﺒﺤﺚ ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻦ اﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر آﻣﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺳﻮق ﻋﻘﺎري ﻧﺸﻂ ،واﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﺪم ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﺤﺎﻻت ﻋﻮاﺋﺪ إﻳﺠﺎرﻳﺔ راﺋﻌﺔ وﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﻟﻠﻤﺎﻟﻚ اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﻬﺎ ﻋﺪة ﻣﺮات ﻓﻲ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ ،ﻛﺎﻧﺖ أﻓﻀﻞ اﻟﻤﻮاﻗﻊ ﻟﻬﺬه اﻷﻧﻮاع ﻣﻦ اﻻﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎرات واﻣﺘﻼك ﻋﻘﺎر ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﻣﺎرﺑﻴﺎ ،ﺑﻴﻨﺤﻔﻴﻆ وإﺳﺘﻴﺒﻮﻧﺎ. وﺗﻔﻀﻠﻮا ﺑﻘﺒﻮل ﻓﺎﺋﻖ اﻻﺣﺘﺮام، ﻛﻴﺎن ﺑﻨﺎﻧﻲ ﺷﺮﻳﻚ -ﻣﺪﻳﺮ اﻟﻤﺒﻴﻌﺎت واﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎت ﻳﻤﻜﻨﻨﺎ ﺗﻠﺨﻴﺺ ﻋﺎم 2021ﻓﻲ اﻟﻨﻘﺎط اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ: إﻧﺠﺎزات ﻋﺎم 2021 ﺷﻬﺪ ﺳﻮق اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎت ﺑﻴﻊ وﺷﺎرء ﻓﻲ ﺣﺪود ﻛﺎﻧﺖ اﻟﺰﻳﺎدة اﻟﻤﻔﺎﺟﺌﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺒﻴﻌﺎت اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎم 200.000ﻳﻮرو إﻟﻰ 700.000ﻳﻮرو ﻛﺤﺠﻢ ﻣﺒﻴﻌﺎت ﻻ 2021ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻟﻌﺪة ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ: ﻳﺼﺪق ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎم ،2021ﻣﻊ ﺑﻴﻊ ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻳﻊ ﺗﺤﺖ اﻻﻧﺸﺎء واﺳﺘﻜﻤﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﻏﻀﻮن ﺷﻬﺮﻳﻦ اﻟﻰ 4ﺷﻬﻮر ﺧﻼل اﻟﺠﺎﺋﺤﺔ ،ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﻌﺎﻧﻲ اﻟﺴﻮق ﻣﻦ ﻧﻘﺺ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺨﺰون • ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺸﺘﺮوا ﻓﻲ 2020وﻗﺮروا اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪة ،وﻳﺰداد ﻋﺪد اﻟﻤﻄﻮرﻳﻦ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ اﻟﺸﺮاء ﻓﻲ .2021 ﻳﻨﺪﻓﻌﻮن إﻟﻰ اﻟﺴﻮق ﻟﺸﺮاء اﻷراﺿﻲ وﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ اﻟﻤﺠﻤﻌﺎت اﻟﺴﻜﻨﻴﺔ. • زﻳﺎدة اﻟﻀﺮاﺋﺐ ﻓﻲ دول ﺷﻤﺎل أوروﺑﺎ. • زﻳﺎدة اﻟﺘﻀﺨﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ أﻧﺤﺎء اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ. وﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺘﻄﺮق اﻟﻰ اﻟﺴﻮق اﻟﺴﻜﻨﻲ ذو اﻟﻘﻴﻢ اﻟﻤﺮﺗﻔﻌﺔ ﺑﺤﺪود 4ﻣﻼﻳﻴﻦ ﻳﻮرو ﻟﻠﻔﻴﻼت ﻓﻬﻮ ﻣﺸﺒﻌﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ • اﻻﻧﺰﻋﺎج ﻣﻦ ﺗﻘﻠﺒﺎت ﺳﻮق اﻟﺴﻨﺪات واﻷﺳﻬﻢ. ﺣﻴﺚ ﺗﻢ ﺑﻴﻊ ﻣﻌﻈﻢ اﻟﻘﻮاﺋﻢ وزادت اﻷﺳﻌﺎر ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻘﻄﺎع ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ. اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات ﺗﺤﺖ اﻹﻧﺸﺎء ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮدة: ﻣﻊ ﺑﺤﺚ اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻦ ﻋﻘﺎرات ﻣﻌﺎﺻﺮة وﺟﺪﻳﺪة ،ﺷﻬﺪ اﻟﺴﻮق زﻳﺎدة ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻳﻊ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺤﺖ اﻻﻧﺸﺎء ،ﻣﻊ أﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ 120 ﺟﺪﻳﺪا ﻳﺘﻢ ﺑﻨﺎؤﻫﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺎﺣﻞ ﻣﺎﻟﻘﺎ ،وﻫﻨﺎك اﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺨﻴﺎرات اﻟﻤﺘﺎﺣﺔ ﻟﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﻻﺣﺘﻴﺎﺟﺎت وﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻼء ً ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﺎ ً واﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ . اﻟﺴﺒﺐ اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻲ اﻟﺬي ﻳﺠﻌﻞ اﻟﻨﺎس ﻳﻘﺮرون ﺷﺮاء ﻋﻘﺎرات ﺗﺤﺖ اﻻﻧﺸﺎء و اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪة ﻫﻮ اﻟﻀﻤﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮدة وﻗﺖ اﻟﺸﺮاء ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﻟﻰ اﻟﺘﺼﺎﻣﻴﻢ اﻟﻤﻌﺎﺻﺮة واﺗﺠﺎﻫﺎت اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪة اﻟﺘﻲ ﻻ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ اﻟﻌﺜﻮر ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات اﻟﻤﻌﺎد ﺑﻴﻌﻬﺎ .ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ،ﺗُ ﺒﺎع اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات ﻗﻴﺪ اﻹﻧﺸﺎء واﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻳﻊ اﻟﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮﻳﺔ اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪة ﻓﻲ اﻟﻐﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ اﻟﺴﻮﻗﻴﺔ وﺗﻘﺪم ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻳﻊ ﻋﺮوض أﻗﻞ ﺑﻨﺴﺒﺔ 25٪ﻣﻦ اﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ اﻟﺴﻮﻗﻴﺔ ﻣﻘﺎرﻧﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺣﺪات اﻟﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ ،وﻟﻬﺬا اﻟﺴﺒﺐ ،ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﻟﻠﻤﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﻷواﺋﻞ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳﻘﺮرون اﺗﺠﺎﻫﻬﻢ إﻟﻰ ﻣﺸﺎرﻳﻊ ﺗﺤﺖ اﻹﻧﺸﺎء ﻗﺒﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻛﺘﻤﺎل اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع أن ﻳﺮوا ﺑﻌﺾ اﻻﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻت اﻟﻤﺬﻫﻠﺔ ﻟﺘﻘﺪﻳﺮ رأس اﻟﻤﺎل. ﻋﺎدة ﻣﺎ ﺗﻜﻮن ﺧﻄﻂ اﻟﺴﺪاد ﻓﻲ ﻣﺸﺎرﻳﻊ ﺗﺤﺖ اﻹﻧﺸﺎء 30٪وﻗﺖ ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻊ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ و 70٪ﻋﻨﺪ اﻻﻧﺘﻬﺎءو ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﻤﺪﻓﻮﻋﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻤﺖ ﻗﺒﻞ إﺗﻤﺎﻣﻬﺎ ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻧﺔ ﺑﻀﻤﺎن ﺑﻨﻜﻲ ،ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺼﺪد ﻳﻤﻜﻦ أن ﺗﺼﻞ اﻟﺪﻓﻌﺔ اﻟﻤﻘﺪﻣﺔ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻚ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻘﺎر ﺟﺪﻳﺪ إﻟﻰ 80٪ﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎرك اﻟﺤﺎﺿﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺪى ﺳﻨﺔ وﻧﺼﻒ او ﺳﻨﺘﻴﻦ. ﻫﻨﺎك ﺳﺒﺐ آﺧﺮ ﻟﺸﻌﺒﻴﺔ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻨﻮع ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸﺮاء ﻫﻮ إﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ اﻟﻌﻘﺎر ﺣﺴﺐ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ وﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ اﻟﻤﺜﺎل ﻻ اﻟﺤﺼﺮ اﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﻏﺮﻓﺔ او ﺗﻮﺳﻌﺔ ﻏﺮﻓﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻴﺸﺔ و ﻳﻘﺪم ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﻤﻄﻮرﻳﻦ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻼء ﺧﻴﺎر اﻟﺘﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺿﻤﻦ اﻟﺘﻜﻠﻔﺔ اﻟﻔﻌﻠﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻘﺎر. اﻟﺘﺮﻛﻴﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺎم 2022 ﻣﺰدﺣﻤﺎ ﻟﻠﻐﺎﻳﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ً ﻋﺎﻣﺎ ﻧﺘﻮﻗﻊ أن ﻳﻜﻮن ﻋﺎم ً 2022 ﻟﻨﺎ ،ﻣﻊ ﻛﻞ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺰﻧﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪة ﻋﻤﻼﺋﻨﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺜﻮر ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻨﺰﻟﻬﻢ أو اﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎرﻫﻢ اﻟﻤﺜﺎﻟﻲ .ﺗﺴﻌﻰ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﻨﻮري ﺟﺮوب -اﺳﺒﺎﻧﻴﺎ ﺟﺎﻫﺪة ﻟﺘﻜﻮن ﻗﺎدرة ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ واﺳﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات ﻓﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻣﺎﻟﻘﺎ . ﻣﺸﺮوع ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ اﻻﻧﺸﺎء ﻣﺤﺎﻃﺎ ﺑﻤﻼﻋﺐ اﻟﺠﻮﻟﻒ وﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺴﺎﻓﺔ ﻗﺼﻴﺮة ﻓﻘﻂ ﻣﻦ ً ﻣﻌﺎﺻﺮا ، ً ﻣﺼﻤﻤﺎ ً ﻣﻨﺰﻻ ً إﻧﻪ ﻣﺸﺮوع ﻳﺘﺄﻟﻒ ﻣﻦ 61 اﻟﺸﺎﻃﺊ وﻣﺮﻛﺰ اﻟﺘﺴﻮق ﻣﻊ ﻣﺤﻼت اﻟﺴﻮﺑﺮ ﻣﺎرﻛﺖ واﻟﻜﺎﻓﻴﺘﺮﻳﺎت واﻟﻤﻄﺎﻋﻢ واﻟﺼﻴﺪﻟﻴﺎت وﻣﺤﻄﺎت اﻟﻮﻗﻮد ،إﻟﺦ. ﻣﺒﺎن ﺻﻐﻴﺮة ﺗﻮاﺟﻪ اﻟﺠﻨﻮب واﻟﺠﻨﻮب /اﻟﻐﺮب ،ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﻄﻌﺔ أرض اﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎﺋﻴﺔ ،إﻟﻰ ٍ ﻳﻘﺪم ﻫﺬا اﻟﻤﺠﻤﻊ اﻟﺴﻜﻨﻲ 7 ﺟﺎﻧﺐ ﺑﻨﺎﺋﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪة ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻳﺎت وﺗﺮاﺳﺎت واﺳﻌﺔ ،ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﺎزل إﺿﺎءة راﺋﻌﺔ وﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﺧﻼﺑﺔ. ﻓﻲ ﺑﻠﺪﻳﺔ ، Esteponaﺑﺎﻟﻘﺮب ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ واﻟﻤﻴﻨﺎء ،ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﻟﻠﻤﺠﻤﻊ اﻟﺴﻜﻨﻲ ،ﻣﻊ إﻃﻼﻻت ﺑﺎﻧﻮراﻣﻴﺔ ﻻ ﺗﻀﺎﻫﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺒﺤﺮ وﻣﻠﻌﺐ اﻟﺠﻮﻟﻒ ،ﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﻮﻓﺮ اﻟﺴﻼم واﻟﻬﺪوء اﻻﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎﺋﻴﻴﻦ .ﺗﻄﻮرﻧﺎ اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻫﻮ ﻣﺠﺮد ﺣﺠﺮ ﻗﻢ ﺳﻬﻼ إﻟﻰ ﻣﻠﻘﺎ اﻟﻤﻄﺎر اﻟﺪوﻟﻲ وﻛﺬﻟﻚ إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺮاﻛﺰ اﻟﺤﻀﺮﻳﺔ ً وﺻﻮﻻ ً ﺑﺮﻣﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻮﺻﻮل إﻟﻰ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ اﻟﻤﺮور ،ﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﻮﻓﺮ اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻃﻮل ﻛﻮﺳﺘﺎ دﻳﻞ ﺳﻮل ﻣﺜﻞ Puerto Banúsو Marbellaو ، Benalmádenaإﻟﺦ. ﻳﺘﻜﻮن اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﻣﻦ ﻏﺮﻓﺘﻴﻦ و 3و 4ﻏﺮف ﻧﻮم ﻓﺴﻴﺤﺔ و ﺗﻢ ﺗﺼﻤﻴﻢ ﻣﻨﺎزل ﻣﺮﻳﺤﺔ ﻟﻼﺳﺘﻤﺘﺎع ﺑﻀﻮء اﻟﺸﻤﺲ واﻟﻤﻨﺎﻇﺮ .إﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﺗﺮاﺳﺎت واﺳﻌﺔ وﺣﺪاﺋﻖ وﻧﻮاﻓﺬ واﺳﻌﺔ وأﺑﻮاب ﻣﻨﺰﻟﻘﺔ ﻛﺒﻴﺮة ﺗﺴﻤﺢ ﻟﻀﻮء اﻟﺒﺤﺮ اﻷﺑﻴﺾ اﻟﻤﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺪﻓﻖ إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﺰل .ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻣﻮاد اﻟﺒﻨﺎء ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﺠﻮدة واﻻﻫﺘﻤﺎم ﺑﺄدق اﻟﺘﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ ﻫﻲ ﻣﻴﺰات ﻫﺬه اﻟﻤﻨﺎزل ،واﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻢ ﺗﺼﻤﻴﻤﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺪ ﺳﻮاء ﻣﻦ اﻟﺪاﺧﻞ واﻟﺨﺎرج ﻟﺘﻮﻓﻴﺮ اﻟﺮاﺣﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ وأﻗﺼﻰ درﺟﺎت اﻷﻣﺎن ﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﺠﻌﻞ اﻟﻌﻴﺶ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﻨﺎ اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﺔ ﻓﺮﻳﺪة ﻣﻦ ﻧﻮﻋﻬﺎ. ﺿﻤﺎن اﻟﺠﻮدة ﺧﺎﺻﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺠﻮدة ﻓﻲ ً اﻫﺘﻤﺎﻣﺎ ً داﺋﻤﺎ ً ﻟﻘﺪ أوﻟﻴﻨﺎ ﻣﺸﺎرﻳﻌﻨﺎ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻣﻮاد ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﺠﻮدة ،وﻛﻞ ذﻟﻚ ﺗﺤﺖ إﺷﺮاف أﺷﻬﺮ اﻟﻤﻬﻨﺪﺳﻴﻦ وﻫﻮ اﻟﻤﻬﻨﺪس اﻟﻤﻌﻤﺎري ﺧﻮان ﻣﺎﻧﻮﻳﻞ ﺳﺎورا ﺗﺸﻴﻨﻮ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺎﻟﻘﺎ.
