Financial Reporting Ensure monthly closing of the financial records and necessary reporting; Managing timely preparation and presentation of financial statements, and annual reports and ensuring conformance to regulatory accounting standards; Present periodic financial statements through Balance Sheet account & P&L account review and reconciliation to identify and manage risks; Reports - Debtors report, CAPEX, OPEX, Asset management, Quarterly Reports, etc.; Statutory Compliance and Audit Management Planning and ensuring compliance with applicable Tax Regulations. Expeditious resolution of Tax matters when the need so arises. Keeping the organization aware of the implications of various direct and indirect tax laws on business decisions. Dealing with tax authorities To Ensure timely audit completed Tax Audit, GST Audit Timely payment of Advance tax, Self-assessment tax, Income Tax-return, and GST return Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Operation Management Design & develop analytical tools using structured and unstructured information data sources. Development and Preparation of comprehensive Management Information tools & dashboards by understanding Business specifications and translating them into automated modules. Detailed analytical overview of KPIs (like Budget variance & ratio analysis etc.) and review of financial results and various heads profit & loss account Creation and implementation of proper controls & checks for deliverables along with production and maintenance of appropriate supporting documentation (in respect of the process, systems, and controls). Maintain strong communication with the onshore team (both written and verbal) and manage expectations Required Candidate profile We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in an organization of repute with strong Finance Planning & Analysis background. Strong functional skills backed with analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in Excel, and Microsoft word. Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams. Organized, methodical, able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking Curious and analytical mindset able to connect high-level concepts through to underlying details.
