Then trace onto foam core board and cooking sheet as instructed on pattern pieces. Cut pieces out using your x-acto knife for foam core board and scissors for cooking sheet. STEP 2 Assembly. See page 5. STEP 3 Paint jug with colors and technique you like. I used a sea sponge and lightly stamped layers using white, black and Waverly antique. STEP 4 Decoupage the napkin. • Take a wet brush, just water, paint around the center of napkin. Gently tear away edge. An uneven edge is better for decoupage, it blends nicely to the background. • Use diluted mod podge with a brush and secure napkin to front. All of my projects are made with items I have. Feel free to sub out materials for what you have. Project ideas are for inspiration.
