I understand joining RP does not constitute the sale of a franchise or a business opportunity under state or federal law. I understand I am not acquiring any interest in a security. I understand creating any promotional material that includes the name Retirement Partners or the RP logo is prohibited. I understand RP has an immediate registration cost of $89.70 and beginning on month 7, a monthly membership fee of $14.95. I also understand I determine my decision to maintain an active membership with RP and I may cancel my membership at any time, which discontinues any further RP membership requirements.
