FAQ says UoM accepts GRE. Participant Didn’t check if the MBA program does. Participant 1 is backtracking to see if there is a more direct path for task 3. Participant 1 is frustrated: website cluttered with a lot of information for task 4. Participant 1 was looking straight at the task but didn’t realize it was the thing she was looking for. Too wordy Search functionality is very slow for participant 2 Search is good for general question. Can not find answer for very specific questions. Search gets slower with more key words Expandable drop-down list not apparent to participant 2 Participant 2 likes the highlights in search results Participant 3 reads information carefully, ends up taking less time than others who clicks a lot. Participant 3 confused the GRE general test with the GRE subject test. Notes and Reflection Search functions shortens lookup process a lot. Not obvious to everyone. Had trouble telling the general test and subject test information apart. Needs better arrangement Tests spend a long time at the beginning clicking through unrelated webpages, they remember what they see and comes back at the end. Could use a card sorting session to organize the information Everyone had trouble with task 4, finding the percentiles (maybe GRE thinks this information is not important).
