MyTime (PTO) Program Overview Effective January 1, 2022 CONFIDENTIAL 1 MyTime Paid Time Off Program MyTime – Paid Time Off Program WIS International (“Company”) and its family of businesses, including without limitation Crossmark, Lawrence Merchandising Services, Product Connections, and RGIS hire exceptional professionals to perform a wide variety of important functions that contribute to the success of our company. As such, we understand it’s important to provide our dedicated employees the freedom they require to balance the responsibilities of both their work and home lives. We are implementing the MyTime program which enables eligible employees to have open amount of paid time off (PTO) from work, for periods of uninterrupted rest and relaxation/vacation, to take care of personal business, or for sporadic illness. MyTime aligns with our corporate values by recognizing the individual needs of our employees by providing flexibility to take time off with pay when necessary. CONFIDENTIAL 4 Details of MyTime Here is an overview of the parameters, review the MyTime Policy for full details. ELIGIBILITY ▪ Applies to U.S. employees who are designated as exempt; Does not apply to non-exempt full-time/part-time or variable hourly employees. ▪ New hires are eligible to begin using MyTime on the 90th calendar day of employment. GUIDELINES ▪ Employee’s base salary remains the same during periods of MyTime. ▪ Employee’s do not accrue MyTime under this policy and will not be paid for any unused MyTime upon termination of employment. NOTIFICATION ▪ Request to take MyTime should be submitted in advance as soon as possible, but no less than 14 days before the occurrence unless otherwise provided by applicable law. ▪ For Inventory management, requests for MyTime in December are to be submitted at least six (6) weeks before commencement. Exceptions must have the approval of the Vice President or department head. ▪ Employees may be asked to adjust their granted MyTime if such later conflicts with normal or unforeseen changes in business operations, e.g., a change in customer expectations. CONFIDENTIAL 5 Using MyTime – Transition Period ▪ MyTime is effective for all eligible U.S. employees beginning January 1, 2022. ▪ Employees’ current unused vacation and sick time will be forfeited at the end of this year unless otherwise required by law. ▪ Employees residing in the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Montana and Nebraska, do not forfeit their accrued but unused vacation time. Any PTO taken in 2022 under the new MyTime PTO program will be deducted from their previous accrued balance until their balance is exhausted. Then they are immediately eligible to take time off under the new My Time program. ▪ Requests for MyTime should be made following the current process, by either talking to the manager (CMK or RGIS), or submitting a formal request via UKG (WIS) CONFIDENTIAL 6 Additional Types of Paid Time Off CONFIDENTIAL 7 Additional PTO Exclusive of MyTime ➢ Holidays ➢ Eight paid holidays per year, plus one floating holiday ➢ Compassion (Bereavement) ➢ Five (5) paid days for the death of an immediate family member ➢ One (1) day granted when a non-immediate family member passes away. ➢ Jury Duty ➢ Except as otherwise required by law, the Company will pay exempt employees up to five (5) days per calendar year for time off for jury duty. ➢ If jury attendance is not required for a full or partial day the employee is expected to return to work. ➢ Voting ➢ If not able to vote prior to or after business hours, an employee will be granted up to two hours of paid time to vote or as otherwise required by state law. ➢ Must notify supervisor in advance. Note – Access the WIS International MyTime policy for further details CONFIDENTIAL 8 Leave Categories CONFIDENTIAL 9 Family and Medical Leave Act ▪ To qualify for FMLA leave, employees must have worked at least 1,250 hours for the Company during the preceding 12 months, and are currently working at a location with at least 50 employees who work within 75 miles of that location ▪ The FMLA gives employees up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave to: ▪ Care for a newborn child ▪ Bond with newly adopted child ▪ Care for a family member with a serious illness and ▪ Care for their own serious health condition ▪ If an employee’s need for FMLA leave is foreseeable, the employee must give the company at least 30 days’ prior notice of the need to take leave. Failure to provide such notice may be grounds for delaying or denying leave. ▪ Employees should contact Cigna Solutions at 888.84.Cigna (24462) to request a family and medical leave or with any questions about FMLA. CONFIDENTIAL 10 Short-Term Disability (STD) & Long-Term Disability (LTD) ▪ Short-term disability is intended to supplement traditional sick time programs for those with an extended illness. ▪ If approved an employee may be eligible to receive 60% of their weekly base earnings, up to $1,500, for up to 26 weeks. ▪ There is a seven (7) calendar day waiting period to begin receiving STD benefits – of which five (5) days of MyTime may be used. ▪ Long-term disability is intended to provide a level of continued income protection for those inflicted with a long-term illness or disability. ▪ If approved, an employee is eligible to begin their LTD benefit at the conclusion of the 26-week STD period. ▪ The company provides a benefit of up to 40% of an eligible employee’s weekly earnings, with employees having the option to buy-up additional coverage to 60%. ▪ Employees should contact their benefits department to gain more information on our disability plans or for instruction on how to apply for benefits.
