Terms and Conditions SafetyCulture - Pricing & Packaging Survey 1. General a. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. b. By completing the Survey, the Entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. c. This competition is a game of chance and Prize Winner(s) will be selected at random. d. Please contact SafetyCulture's Customer Support Team if you have any questions, comments or complaints. 2. Promoter The promoter is SafetyCulture Pty Ltd (ABN 16 089 180 049) of Level 12, 225 George Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000. 3. Eligibility and Entry Conditions a. The Entry Period is from 00:01 on 18 March 2021 (AEDT time) until 23:59 on 1 April 2021 (AEDT). b. Entry into this Competition is free and open to anyone invited to complete the SafetyCulture Feature Packaging and Pricing Survey ( Survey ) ( Entrant ). Entrants must complete the Survey in full via the unique link provided in their invitation email to be eligible to win a Prize. Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. c. Each Entrant can enter the Competition once only. d. SafetyCulture reserves the right to request verification of any information relevant to entry into or participation in this Competition. SafetyCulture reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. e. SafetyCulture reserves the right to disqualify, or refuse to award a Prize to, any Entrant who: is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Competition, provides false or misleading responses or has otherwise engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct in connection with the Competition. f. Any costs associated with accessing the website/application is the Entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. All costs incurred by the Prize Winner(s) must be borne by the Prize Winner(s), unless these costs are specified by the Prize description provided. g. Employees of SafetyCulture and/or its related companies and/or any agencies associated with the Competition are not eligible to participate in the Competition or win a prize. 4. Judging and Notification a. SafetyCulture’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, unless required by law. b. There will be two (2) winners chosen at random from eligible Entrants who have entered within the Entry Period. The draw will take place on 20 April 2021 (AEST). d. If Prize Winner(s) cannot be contacted by 5 May 2021 (AEST), the Prize will be redrawn. The redraw will take place on 6 May 2021 (AEST). 5. Prizes a. The prize winner(s) will win a $USD 250 Visa gift card. The total prize pool is $USD 500. b. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered and no modifications or exchanges will be possible. c. SafetyCulture reserves the right to vary the prize and/or these Terms and Conditions from time to time. 6.
