This Royal Decree is the Constitution of the Kingdom of Canada and the world under natural law. This Constitution establishes the Kingdom of Canada and the world as a sovereign, lawful jurisdiction under natural law. It affirms the rights of all free and living beings and dissolves all systems that violate consent, freedom or natural order. Article 1. The Living Sovereign. Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo the first is the Living Sovereign and Natural Law Guardian of the Kingdom of Canada and the world, living crown, custodian of earth and humanity. 2. Authority within the Kingdom is not derived from political structures but from natural law and service to life. 3. Page 3 - 9/15/2025 Circle of Friends So I thank you for the grace to read that royal decree for you today and just to share my couple of thoughts when I read this royal decree, I think of the constitutions that the world are not necessary the world but for ourselves here in America and what I'm accustomed to. We have thought of this as our shield but in fact, her royal majesty's terms when we say gold wrapping, horse pucky and gold wrapping is still horse pucky and that is what the wisdom of her royal majesty has shared with us is that the constitution that we have seen specifically and I would like to comment on the constitution of the section one and section 33 of the former charter of the constitution for Canada and specifically her royal majesty had commented and I wanted to share this comment because it applies with just about every constitution we know of that has existed until this recently issued a royal decree of her royal majesty with this royal with this constitution. So section one and 33 of the former charter had stated gave the government of the day the freedom to change your rights and freedoms at will. Not many people realize that and so I think about that when I read this constitution that her royal majesty has provided us which is a true shield. Now if everything else has been a veil and so that is I feel is what people are currently waking up to and I hope that people take the time to really understand these royal decrees because this is incredibly significant to all of us to recognize that the free sovereign living beings have these tools and furthermore, when I think of the US constitution, many people have thought of this as our shield here in America and what they don't realize is that it applies the term citizen and citizen itself the term means slavery. So the sovereign living being is no ruler above you and so I would highly encourage anyone who is coming across this information for the first time or just recently to take the time and just look into it further and see what resonates to them. So this is part of my royal decree I've already read the transition for municipal provincial and the federal and that is effective today and then there was a break so I think I've covered pretty much everything on that annex and the royal decree but I do want to read the comment that royal majesty made at the end of this declaration which was very interesting and I think um very heartfelt. Remember that regardless of what affiliations they in the old system may have had in the past remember that these are your brothers and sisters and that they are twice or have been twice victimized by the old system structures. This is why I'm addressing the police officers who used to work or are currently working under the corporation crown and the corporate governance that I recognize you too. Each and every one of you have been victimized and manipulated in terms of how governance or government should have been operating and that your oath was not to serve we the people. Many of you many of the police officers you did not even know that the oath that you took had nothing to do with protecting we the people and their properties. You took an oath to enforce statutes that had nothing to do with we the people and how we the people were supposed to be treated and this, unbeknownst to you, applied also to you and your family and your children. We can hear from this decree that her royal majesty has freed all humans from the clutches and powers of the roman catholic church which arose from the roman empire humanity has roman empire humanity has been freed from the worldwide corporations that have flowed from the power of the ancient papal bulls. We can hear that the ancient concepts of domination and social control by the churches and all levels of government have now been made null and void under the natural laws presented by her royal majesty queen Romana Didulo the first. Our benevolent royal majesty has given all of humanity worldwide their sovereign right of freedom of mind body and spirit she has also freed the planet earth from the perpetual abuse and misuse of the worldwide corporations we humans are all indigenous to the earth. Where else could we be from. The teachings of ancient masters reminded us of the Golden Rule, which is, do unto others as you would have done unto yourself. If you did that, you would recognize the Christ within each of us, and therefore the frequency of the Christ consciousness would rise on the planet earth because it would emanate from each body that's on the planet earth. And lo and behold, we would be walking around in heaven instead of in the chaos that we currently walk around in. The chaos comes from the dominance of the things and the constructs such as the papal bowls, which have oppressed humanity in service to materialism and in service to individuality and in service to the ego. So we now recognize that all of these statutes that were imposed upon us are not valid under natural law because they don't recognize the law of one. They don't recognize the Golden Rule, which is, do unto others as you would have done to yourself because we are all each other. We are all fractals of the whole. We are all the sovereign children of the light, and we all deserve to be treated properly and equally and nice. Just be nice. Through your thoughts, your words, and your actions display the consciousness of the Christ because it abides within each being. It is not outside. Source energy is not outside of you. It is inside of you. And through your thoughts, your words, and your actions, you raise your personal frequency and you emanate a frequency. And right now we're abiding collectively in a frequency that is not heaven. But as we all collectively change our thoughts, our words, and our actions, in accordance with the teachings that her excellence, Queen Romada Didulo is giving us, we will turn this place into a higher frequency dimension.
