It seems I should have written this retroactively. All right. So, anyways, effective immediately, May 31st, 2026. May 30th, 2026. Okay. Preamble. Whereas every child is born with unique gifts, talents, interests, creativity, intelligence, and natural purpose. Whereas the forced confinement of children for prolonged periods with an institutionalized educational system may suppress individuality, creativity, innovation, emotional well-being, and the natural development of human potential. Whereas parents and Lawful guardian possesses the inherent responsibility to guide, protect, educate, and nurture their children according to each child's natural abilities, interests, and aspirations. Whereas freedom of thought, freedom of conscience, freedom of expression, freedom of peaceful development and freedom of self- determination are fundamental principles recognized under Natural Law and the spirit of The Kingdom of Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms under Natural Law. Whereas education shall exist to cultivate wisdom, skills, creativity, self-reliance, critical thinking, entrepreneurship, craftsmanship, innovation, and meaningful contribution to society rather than compulsory conformity. Now, therefore, by Royal Authority, the following Decree is hereby proclaimed. Section 1, Child. Section 1.1, Child. Under Section 1, Definition. Child means any individual under the age of eighteen years. 1.2, compulsory institutional schooling means any system whereby a child is mandated by law, policy, regulation, coercion, threat, intimidation, penalties, or state intervention to attend a government operated or publicly funded institutional school against the wishes of the child or lawful guardian. 1.3, alternative education includes homeschooling, mentorship programs, apprenticeships, trades education, entrepreneurial learning, online education, independent learning, community learning, cultural education, agricultural education, artistic education, and any individualized educational path chosen by the child and lawful guardian. Section 2, Fundamental Rights of Children. 2.1, every child possesses the natural right to learn in a manner aligned with their individual interests, talents, abilities, pace of development, and personal aspirations. 2.2, no child shall be compelled into a standardized educational structure that causes emotional distress, psychological harm, suppression of creativity, or deprivation of personal freedom. 2.3, No child shall be forced to study subjects unrelated to their chosen educational pathway; reasonably necessary for, literacy, numeracy, communication, civic understanding, and life skills. 2.4, children shall possess the right to pursue practical education, including but not limited to, agriculture, skilled trades, technology, entrepreneurship, arts and music, mechanics, health and wellness, cultural studies, natural sciences, environmental stewardship, knowledge system. Section 3, Rights of Parents and Guardians. 3.1, parents and lawful guardians shall possess the protective right to determine the educational path of their children without coercion, intimidation, penalties, discrimination, or unlawful interference from governmental authorities. 3.2, no parent or guardian shall face fines, investigations, child apprehension threats, loss of benefits, legal sanctions, or administrative penalties for choosing lawful alternative educational methods. 3.3, government institution shall recognize homeschooling and alternative education as lawful and equal educational pathways. Section 4, Reform of Educational Systems. 4.1, all educational institutions are directed to transition towards flexible learning models that encourage, individualized learning, outdoor education, experiential learning, apprenticeships, trade development, entrepreneurial training, creative arts, mental wellness, physical activity, community participation. 4.2, educational environment shall prioritize inspirations, curiosity, creativity, emotional well-being, and practical life skills over excessive standardization, rigid testing systems, or institutional control. 4.3, no child shall be unlawfully confined indoors for unreasonable durations where such conditions negatively impact physical, emotional, psychological, or developmental well-being. Section 5, Prohibition Against Coercion. 5.1, no government body, school board, institution, corporation, or individual shall coerce, threaten, intimidate, manipulate, or penalize children or families for exercising educational choice. 5.2, any policy compelling attendance under threat or punishment contrary to this Decree shall be subject to immediate review and suspension pending lawful examination. Section 6, Implementation. A national review of educational freedom and child development practices shall be established to evaluate existing educational systems and recommend reforms consistent with this Decree. 6.2, This Decree encourages the development of voluntary community learning centers, trade academics, mentorship programs, agricultural schools, arts programs, and decentralized educational initiatives. Section 7, General Provision. 7.1, nothing within this Decree shall be interpreted to prohibit literacy, numeracy, civic knowledge, or essential life skill education necessary for responsible participation in society. 7.2, this Decree shall be interpreted in harmony with Principles of Natural Law, fundamental freedoms, child welfare, parental responsibility, and peaceful societal development. 7.3, this Decree shall take effect immediately upon issuance, given under My Royal Authority, Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First.
