With an impressive track record and ever increasing client demand, particularly from our overseas client base, our dedicated commercial team are expanding. This role will suit an experienced, entrepreneurial, well connected and hungry individual looking for their next career step in joining a company which matches their ambitions for growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Pitching, reporting, securing and running potential new sales instructions. • Servicing our existing database with their requirements. • Dedicated point of call for overseas investors looking to acquire in the UK (likely to include overseas travel). • Develop client and agent relationships to source potential sale and acquisitions. BACKGROUND: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial investment agency/capital markets. • Must have experience at running files. • MRICS is desirable but not essential. • Experience in reporting on and securing sales instructions. • An existing client base and agent relationships would be desirable. • Has developed relationships with landlords and agents. PACKAGE: • A competitive salary commensurate with experience. • Uncapped commission structure paid on performance on a monthly basis. • Expenses. • Overseas travel is likely to be required to sufficiently service our requirements from the Middle and Far East.
