Note: Changing the standard settings in the following systems may affect overall vehicle operation in unfamiliar ways: Intuitive Parking Assist, Lane Departure Alert and Vehicle Proximity Notification. See your Toyota Dealer for advice on choosing the ideal setting for your driving style. Review the features below and circle the setting you would like to have programmed into your vehicle. Unlocks all doors when shift lever is moved to P (Park) Auto Unlock Upon Shift from any other position while the ignition switch is set to ON ON or OFF ON. Link Shift: Locks all doors when the shift lever is moved out of P (Park), with the ignition switch ON Automatic Door Lock and all doors closed, Locks all doors in certain conditions. Link Shift Function Link Speed: Locks all doors when the vehicle speed reaches a certain level, or OFF Link Shift: Unlocks all doors when the shift lever is moved to P (Park) from any position other than P with the ignition switch ON, Automatic Door Unlock Link D Door: Unlocks the other Unlocks doors in certain conditions. Security Standard Preferred Setting Feature Function Setting (circle one) Auto Entry Cancel Enables or disables the Smart Key system. The memory recall can be set to Recall trigger either by opening the driver door only or by opening any door. Limits the consecutive entry lock operations to only 2 times. When in Not Active mode, there is no limit for Not Active Active or Not Active Threshold the number of times that the consecutive entry lock operation can be performed. 6 of 9 2021 Toyota Venza - Personalization Vehicle Proximity Notification Standard Preferred Setting Feature Function Setting (circle one) Blind Spot Monitor: When a vehicle is detected in the blind spot, the outside rear view mirror indicator comes on while the turn signal lever is not operated and the outside rear view mirror indicator flashes while the turn signal lever is operated. Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert: When a vehicle approaching from ON ON or OFF Rear Cross Traffic Alert the right or left rear of the vehicle is detected, the outside rear view mirror indicators flash and a buzzer sounds from behind the left-hand rear seat. The Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert features are turned ON/OFF simultaneously. BSM Buzzer Volume Adjusts the Blind Spot Monitor volume level. Medium Low, Medium or High Adjust BSM Mirror Indicator Adjusts the Blind Spot Monitor mirror brightness. Bright Dark or Bright Brightness BSM Detection Timing Adjusts the distance at which the Blind Spot Monitor Only Blind Spot, Late, Middle or Middle Setting activates. Early Intelligent Clearance Enables or disables the Intelligent Clearance Sonar ON ON or OFF Sonar system. The Pre-Collision system uses a radar sensor and camera sensor to detect vehicles and pedestrians in front of your vehicle. When the system determines that the possibility of a frontal collision with a vehicle or pedestrian is high, a warning operates to urge the driver to take evasive action Pre-Collision System and the potential brake pressure is increased to help the ON ON or OFF driver avoid the collision. If the system determines that the possibility of a frontal collision with a vehicle or pedestrian is extremely high, the brakes are automatically applied to help avoid the collision or help reduce the impact of the collision. When this setting is OFF, the Pre-Collision System always turns ON when the vehicle is turned ON. When this setting is ON, the state of the Pre-Collision System will be Pre-Collision System maintained from the last time the vehicle was ON: If Pre- OFF ON or OFF Operation State Collision was turned ON, it will remain ON when the vehicle is restarted; if Pre-Collision was turned OFF, it will remain OFF when the vehicle is restarted. Pre-Collision System When this setting is ON, the Pre-Collision System ON ON or OFF Warning Sensitivity sensitivity will be maintained when the vehicle is restarted. Sets the distance by which vehicles and pedestrians in Pre-Collision System front of your vehicle will trigger the Pre-Collision Middle Far, Middle or Near Warning Time warning. 7 of 9 2021 Toyota Venza - Personalization Warning Standard Preferred Setting Feature Function Setting (circle one) Sounds the driver seat belt warning buzzer. This feature Driver Side Seat Belt only takes effect when the vehicle is driven at 20 km/h (12 ON ON or OFF Warning Buzzer mph) or more. Front Passenger Side Sounds the front passenger seat belt warning buzzer. This Seat Belt Warning feature only takes effect when the vehicle is driven at 20 ON ON or OFF Buzzer km/h (12 mph) or more. Key Reminder Sound Changes the frequency of the key reminder buzzer. Slow Normal, Slow, Fast Lane Change Signal Changes the number of flashes that occur when the lane 3 OFF, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 Flashing Times change signal is activated. Lane Change Signal Adjusts the volume of the lane change signal. Level 3 Level 3, Level 2 or Level 2 Volume Adjustment represents that loudest setting. Level 1 Sounds the rear seat belt warning buzzer. This feature Rear Seat Belt Warning only takes effect when the vehicle is driven at 20 km/h (12 ON ON or OFF Buzzer mph) or more. Changes the Tail Remind Buzzer. This setting is only valid Tail Remind Buzzer for the buzzer which sounds at 20 km/h (12 mph) or ON ON or OFF more. Wiper and Washer System Standard Preferred Setting Feature Function Setting (circle one) Enables or disables the ability to set the wipers to Auto Wiper Available Available or Not Available automatically turn on when it is raining. 8 of 9 2021 Toyota Venza - Personalization Wireless Door Lock Standard Preferred Setting Feature Function Setting (circle one) Regulates the interval between unlocking and automatic 30 seconds, 60 seconds or Auto Lock Time 60 seconds relocking of doors. 120 seconds When the doors are locked, the hazard warning lights Hazard Answer Back flash once. When the doors are unlocked, the hazard ON ON or OFF warning lights flash twice. Sounds a buzzer when LOCK is pressed when any of the Open Door Warning ON ON or OFF doors are ajar. Unlocks driver side door when unlock switch on transmitter is pressed once, and unlocks all doors when Unlock 2 Operation ON ON or OFF pressed twice. If setting is OFF, pressing unlock switch once makes all doors unlock. Wireless Auto Lock Turns the wireless auto lock function ON or OFF. ON ON or OFF Wireless Buzzer Turns the wireless door lock buzzer response ON or OFF. ON ON or OFF Response Wireless door lock buzzer volume. Level 7 represents the Level 7, Level 6, Level 5, Level 4, Wireless Buzzer Volume Level 5 loudest setting. Level 3, Level 2, Level 1 or Level 0 Wireless Control Turns wireless door lock function ON or OFF.
