INTRODUCTION Film Rocket is a buyback token based on sales and residuals from our film pitch/distribution dApps for production companies and studios. What does this mean? The net profits earned from both the pitch and distribution apps are put back into the token. We buy back Film Rocket tokens and then initiate a token burn. This gives holders a sense of protection from dips and a bear market. We can set the buyback to be any amount we want once BNB is loaded from earnings through our dApps. WHY FILM ROCKET? We know how hard it is for aspiring creators with no real connections in the industry to get their projects discovered by major production companies and studios. 99% of submissions are thrown in the trash and are not even looked at unless you have proper representation. We’re giving independent filmmakers, and up and comers a chance that have great projects to be seen by major studios, production companies, and streaming platforms. Not only this, experienced professionals will be using our platform to close deals because the industry is moving into a completely autonomous digital space. NET PROFIT DISTRIBUTION % of net sales and residuals allocation from dApps 60% goes to buying back the token 30% goes to BNB voting rewards 10% goes back to the development team VOTING REWARDS FEATURE This feature is for Film Rocket holders only that are holding a minimum amount of tokens. The minimum amount of tokens that an investor must hold is yet to be determined. How does it work? As a holder, you will have exclusive access to both our dApps where you can vet projects that are submitted by independent filmmakers, literary agents, managers, and so fourth. When you vet (vote) on a project, you are rewarded BNB directly to your wallet address that is holding Film Rocket tokens. COIN TOKENOMICS We include a buyback feature that will be turned on when our dApps are launched, 5% reflections for holding and BNB rewards through our voting feature. 1% Automatic Burn 3% Liquidity Pool 2% Marketing Wallet Totaly Supply: 1,200,000,000 [mockup only] PITCH APP Approved projects by token holders are shown to top production companies in the film Industry. Production companies can view the project pitch and option the property for a brief period. Once it's optioned, the pitch will only be shown to that production company until they decide to accept or reject the project. If it gets rejected or goes past the holding period, it will be relisted for other production companies to option. [mockup only] DISTRIBUTION APP Distribution platform for studios to browse completed projects by independent filmmakers that have been vetted and approved by film rocket holders. If a project is optioned by a studio, the project will only be shown to that studio for a brief period of time. This gives the studio time to go over the project details and decide if they want to greenlight the project for distribution. BEHIND THE SCENES What is the average cost of film pitch / screenplay? The average price for a spec script is around $110,000. Contracts and NDA's are put into place when a deal is made. We handle everything on our end, as a film rocket holder you do not need to worry about this. Leave it to the professionals! When someone submits a pitch or applies for film distribution on our platform, they are charged a flat fee along with a signed contract in place where Film Rocket gets a % of the sale. NON DISCLOSURE As a Film Rocket holder, when using our voting feature to vet a project, you must electronically sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This protects the rights to the project that is being submitted. CONTACT / SOCIALS TWITTER: @FILMROCKETAPP TELEGRAM: T.ME/FILMROCKET EMAIL: CONTACT@FILMROCKET.IO
