If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner. 10) The prize is non - transferable and there is no ca sh alternative available 11) We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. 12) Prize will be dispatched via courier to the winners address as provided no later than 28 days after the draw. 13) Retuned, failed or missed deliveries are the responsibility of the winner.
