Terms and Conditions for The North Down Oven Cleaning Company 1. Services Provided 1.1. The Company offers professional oven, carpet and upholstery cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. 1.2. Our services include the cleaning of ovens, hobs, ranges, other related kitchen appliances, carpets and upholstery, as agreed upon at the time of booking. 1.3. We do not provide any repair or maintenance services, and any advice given during the service is for informational purposes only. --- 2. Booking and Payments 2.1. All bookings must be made through our official channels (phone, email, or website). 2.2. Payment is due on the same day upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. 2.3. We accept cash, card or banktransfer. 2.4. Failure to make payment on time may result in additional fees or interest charges. --- 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling 3.1. Cancellations or rescheduling of bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. 3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee for the full amount outstanding. 3.3. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or vehicle breakdown. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date. --- 4. Access to Property 4.1. The Customer must provide clear and safe access to the oven and any other appliances being cleaned. 4.2. If we are unable to access the property or the appliances, a call-out fee of £60 may be charged. --- 5. Liability 5.1. The Company is fully insured to carry out the cleaning service. 5.2. While we take the utmost care when cleaning your oven, we will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, or faults that may become apparent during or after cleaning. 5.3. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform us of any specific concerns or issues with their appliance before the cleaning begins. --- 6. Faults or Damage 6.1. The Customer must inspect the oven or appliance after the cleaning service is completed. 6.2. Any faults, damage, or issues noticed after the service must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of the service being carried out. 6.3. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the Company not being liable for any damage or loss claimed. --- 7. Guarantee of Service 7.1. We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. 7.2. This guarantee does not apply if the oven is used after the service has been completed. --- 8. Health and Safety 8.1. The Company complies with all relevant health and safety regulations. 8.2. We use professional-grade cleaning products that are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, but it is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the cleaning service. --- 9.
