For the Observation study report, participants must visit at least five Cooperative Institutions in a nearby districts or within the state and submit a report. If the report is not duly submitted, the participant will be considered as failed and must submi t the report within two years as per the supplementary exam rules. S upplementary Examination policy : 1. Maximum Attempts : A candidate who fails or remains absent in an examination is permitted a maximum of three attempts to clear it. All attempts must be completed, and the examination cleared, within two years from the date of course completion. 2. Supplementary Examination – Semester 1 : Candidates who fail or remain absent in the Semester 1 examinations will have their supplementary examination conducted along with the Semester 2 examinations. 3. Supplementary Examination – Semester 2 : Candidates who fail or remain absent in the Semester 2 examinations may have their supplementary examination conducted along with the examinations of the next course. If no such course examination is scheduled, the institute may arrange a separate specia l examination, so that these candidates can still clear the examination within the two - year period specified above. 4. Candidate's Responsibility : It is the candidate's responsibility to submit a request to the institute for a supplementary examination to be conducted. 5 . Notice Period : The institute shall provide at least one month's notice to candidates before conducting a supplementary examination. 6.
