How to Register Upon placing your tile order with Easy Bathrooms you must purchase the recommended Primer, Adhesive and Grout which must be used to install our tiles. After installation you can register your guarantee by visiting www.easybathrooms.com/easy-guarantee with your order number. How to Claim In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim, simply contact us on 0330 660 1120. If the fault is deemed to be within the terms of the guarantee, Easy Bathrooms will advise you of the particular measures to be undertaken, pursuant to proper execution of the guarantee in your individual circumstance. Easy Bathrooms will make suitable replacement of the item, in part or whole, dispatched at the earliest possible opportunity as dictated by Easy Bathrooms. In the event that products are replaced that subsequently prove not to be defective, Easy Bathrooms reserve the right to levy a charge for such items, together with any and all costs associated with their provision.
