The RCMP Royal Canadian Mounted Police, formerly the Northwest Mounted Police was established as a para military tool to expand and enforce British colonial interests across indigenous territories. The institution was designed not to serve the people but to impose crown sovereignty forcibly relocate indigenous populations and suppress dissent. It carries the legacy of Imperial rule and its continued authority is rooted in British maritime admiralty law, not in natural law or true sovereignty. So that alone, if you were the supervisor of the RCMP who was used as the goons to violate the rights and privacy of the property owner, you would have requested first and foremost, because it was not an emergency, you would have first and foremost requested from the village of Richmond. Do you have you sent a written legal lawful notice to the owner of the property, his excellency or Ricky Lee Manz official letter from the village of Richmond, do you have that yes or no?
