Rescheduling Sessions: Clients are encouraged to reschedule instead of canceling to avoid losing a session. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within the same month, subject to availability. Sessions cannot be carried over beyond one month unless agreed upon. Illness & Emergency Cancellations: If a client is unwell and provides at least 4 hours’ notice, they may reschedule their session within the same month or following 2 weeks, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the session amount may be credited toward the following month’s sessions. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may be made in genuine emergencies, but habitual cancellations will not be accommodated. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Clients must provide at least 4 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. If a client does not show up for their session without prior notice, the session is forfeited. If a client is more than 15 minutes late without informing the practitioner, the session will be treated as a no-show and forfeited. All sessions are 45 minutes long. If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the lost time will not be made up. Public Holidays: If a client’s regular session falls on a public holiday, they may reschedule within the same month, subject to availability. Practitioner Cancellations: If the practitioner needs to cancel a session, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full credit towards the next month’s sessions.
