Dedicating Officer RW Bro. Archibald I Torrance, PGM Assisted by The Officers of The Provincial Grand Mark Lodge of Kent Order of Ceremony 1. The Dedicating Officer requests the Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies to proceed with the presentation of the Banner. 2. The Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies then forms the Banner Escort, which recesses to receive the Banner. 3. The procession with the veiled Banner, carried by W. Bro. Paul D. Lincoln, ProvRAMGR enters the Lodge andthe Brethren rise and sing the following hymn: 0, God our help in ages past, Our hope for years to come, Our shelter from the stormy blast, And our eternal home. Before the hills in order stood, Or earth received her frame, From everlasting thou art God, To endless years the same. A thousand ages in Thy Sight, Are like an evening gone, Short as the watch that ends the night, Before the rising sun. So mote it be. 4. The Dedicating Officer is requested by the Worshipful Master to receive the Banner for Dedication. 5. The Banner is placed in position and unveiled. 6. The Provincial Grand Chaplain will deliver an Oration. 7. The Banner is paraded. 8. The Banner is advanced to the Dedicating Officer and The Provincial Grand Chaplain delivers the Prayer of Dedication. 9. The Dedicating Officer dedicates the Banner and presents the Banner to the Lodge. 10. The Provincial Grand Chaplain offers the Patriarchal Benediction. Conclusion of the Ceremony
