F R Y P A N P I Z Z A K I T 1 Using our pizza kit; tip out your 00 flour and spread across your surface to fit 2 pizzas. 2 Grab your 48hr proved dough balls and press them out flat using your finger tips to make two ten inch pizza bases. 3 Dial your grill up to its maximum setting. Flip your dough on to your hands and use your knuckles to stretch out your base. 4 Place your base onto a very hot frying pan. No need for oil, and quickly shape your pizza to the edges of the pan. 5 Using the back of a spoon; spread your sauce evenly across the base, leaving enough room for your crust. Add basil leaves, cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. If you have other toppings you fancy, then add those too, but remember; cheese on last! 6 After a couple of minutes the pizza base should brown. Check by lifting up an edge with a spoon. 7 It’s now time to slide the pan onto the highest shelf under the grill. 8 When your Pizza has begun to take on some colour around the crust, (again approx 2 minutes), you and your pizza are ready to rock!
